Through the door water and ice dispenser works flawlessly. If you use rhe LG app, It will give you energy consumption reports. It's a beautiful fridge. No complaints.

Ice storage was a little concern until we started using it and have found we have plenty, but also included is an ice storage tray that is easily refillable.

I initially purchase another brand, that did not have handles. Later realized that I, being a petite person, would have problems with the handle less appliance. Purchased the 27.7 Cu. Ft. Refrigerator. Totally love it!!

There is a poorly designed shelf that goes all the way across the fridge….so if you want to open the drawer, you have to open both sides of the door. Hard to get tall bottles to fit….you have to put them on the side. Not impressed….

Temperature has remained steady at setting for both the refrigerator and freezer. It is also very quiet. I would highly recommend it.

Love how I can open the refrigerator and see everything in it. Clear shelving really helps and the drawers for storage. Clearly shows on the outside the temps for the freezer/refrigerator. Wifi we are older (60+) but getting a handle on that feature.

French Door Smart Refrigerator with External Ice and Water. HOWEVER, I am VERY disappointed with the installation! I was told at the time of purchase that it came with full installation. When it arrived, the technicians set it up, but were inadequately prepared to attach the water supply for the ice and water dispenser. First, the hose they brought was too short to connect to the water pipe in my basement - which, in actuality, was only about 4 feet away through a hole in the floor. Second, they tried to splice the new hose into an old connection hose that hadn't been used in 10 years. Not surprisingly, it didn't work. They told me I would need to call in a plumber to do the hook up. This was NOT the "full installation" I was promised! I don't believe I should be responsible to hire a plumber, at my own expense! I should have been told AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE that a plumber (and subsequent expense) would be MY responsibility. I tried calling Best Buy Customer Service, and was told that they would NOT be sending someone to complete the installation, and that I should call a plumber. I responded with the above comments, and they said they would talk to a manager who would get back to me at a later time. THEY DID NOT. I believe the promise of "full installation" is fraudulent. As soon as I am able, I'm going to go to the place of purchase to register an official complaint and see if they're willing to rectify the problem. I am not hopeful.
