When our refrigerator freezer stopped working and not repairable, we went shopping. Best Buy had the most selections on the floor. Their appliance personnel was awesome, knowledgeable and helped us get the one we chose ordered. We were kept updated & informed as to delivery time. Really good brand best refrigerator you can get for the price excellent

Going from a side by side to a French door fridge has made a world of difference, and the freezer at the bottom is easily accessible. The area inside both the fridge and freezer is a good size, and only needing to open one fridge door at a time makes looking for items so much easier. And it is a great looking addition to the kitchen.

The only cons are it does drip after getting ice or water. Which happens about 5 minutes later. Also while the frig is running its a bit louder than our previous one.

Loved how easy it was to purchase our new refrigerator on the website. A delivery was scheduled so fast and everything was very professionall. So far, the refrigerator has been pretty good. I would have given it 5 stars but I have noticed one of the doors will stay open if not "pushed" hard to close We have also noticed some frosting in the freezer. We will attempt to adjust the doors to see if this helps.

Fits perfect in our new house, lots of space and holds a lot more than our last fridge

I thought I had the feature of the big ice balls at the bottom of the refrigerator freezer, but I guess I do not. The salesman explained to me that I would have that option but it’s not an option that I could tell.

We Love this LG refrigerator , Lots of room for us. Great Ice machine works well. Ice bucket on the bottom drawer and a ice maker dispenser. Very Cool I like that feature. We had a different brand did not last long 7 years.

This fridge was a much needed upgrade. The fridge is still very roomy with additional freezer space you get. And the setup process was very simple. I will jever go back to using a fridge without a water filter.
