This is not a reflection on Best Buy, but LG needs to pay more attention to the outgoing quality of their product…Best Buy did their best to make things right…it puts the customer in a very difficult situation when your prepared to accept your fridge after having sold your old one and now you don’t have anything for another week… Best Buy offered a small fridge to help but not nearly big enough…they did their best…and it’s appreciated…Geek guys were put in a bad situation but they were very nice…

This refrigerator is very spacious and goes deep! I was surprised at the amount of space that we had in there. I use a lot of ice and I like the size of the ice cubes. They are not large and not the long ones that I had in my old refrigerator. The water dispensing speed is also nice with good amount of pressure in the spray.

This refrigerator is excellent. It is far more spacious than our prior side-by-side refrigerator, and it is far easier to access items. The water/ice dispenser in the door is fantastic. The refrigerator is also very quiet. BestBuy was great through the purchasing/delivery process and accommodated our request to move up our delivery date.

Wife loves new fridge. Happy wife Happy Life. and who doesn't want that.

Fridge has been great! Large and easy to clean. Shelves are adjustable as well as the side bins on the doors. Has held up very well

Great fridge. Fits perfectly against a wall because the hinges don’t hang out as far as most other models. Got a whole new LG kitchen and the smart features and quality are great.

The refrigerator is visually beautiful, and worked like a charm from the start right after set up by the wonderful Best Buy team. My one drawback is there is not a way to arrange the shelving to accommodate for larger items like a wine bottle, etc. so I had to remove one side of the shelving just to accommodate.

We purchased this fridge to replace our old one, making it the first modern refridgerator we have ever bought. It works great! Tons of storage, and cool features.

We are very pleased with our new LG 27.7 CU Ft French Door refrigerator. WE especially like the roominess inside, the number of shelves, That we can remove half of a shelf to keep our tall bottle items inside rather in the door. Also, The fact that it doesn't show fingerprints.

We are generally pleased with our new LG refrigerator. The only problem is the limited ability to adjust shelves. Only way to accommodate tall containers is to use the door (which are limited) or remove one section of the glass shelf.

I was told this refrig had a second ice maker in the freezer because it had an ice pan . even the delievery team thought it had a second ice maker after seeing the ice pan. It does NOT have a second ice maker in the freezer. I had to return it as that was what i wanted, a dual ice maker.

I love Lg. I have washer and dryer 20 years old still working. My previous Lg refrigerator was over 10 when compressor gave out. I own Lg TVs for many years without any problems. This fridge is very similar to my old one. I love big , deep door shelves where you can store galons of drinks with no problem. LRFS28XBS doesn’t have Fresh Air System . This was one of the reasons why I did buy this model. This system is not supported by this particular fridge. Has a space for a filter but the fridge doesn’t have required technology for it. Incorrect info on Best Buy website. According to Lg website compressor has 5 years warranty, not 10 as Best Buy website is saying

The overall function of the refrigerator is good, but the ice machine constantly jams (ice gets stuck and you have to manually empty the ice machine). Also, Best Buy used a third party vendor for delivery and installation of the refridgerator. During installation, my hard wood floors were scratched. After repeated efforts, I have been unsuccessful in receiving reimbursement for the claim for damages. I have reported this issue to Best Buy on at least 5 occasions, and they will not help. This is very frustrating.

Beautiful fridge that has plenty of capacity. Second LG fridge, the first we had for over 15 years.

We are very pleased with our 27.7 cubic ft. LG refrigerator purchase. The ice and water work well. We got it almost half off retail at the Best Buy Outlet in Brookfield WI. We highly recommend checking out the large inventory there at 40-50% off retail.
