This refrigerator is absolutely perfect! Large capacity, good lighting, We debated on a side by side and the French Door and this one won and we couldn’t be happier.

I'm very happy with my purchase of the LG - 27.7 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator with External Ice and Water. HOWEVER, I am VERY disappointed with the installation! I was told at the time of purchase that it came with full installation. When it arrived, the technicians set it up, but were inadequately prepared to attach the water supply for the ice and water dispenser. First, the hose they brought was too short to connect to the water pipe in my basement - which, in actuality, was only about 4 feet away through a hole in the floor. Second, they tried to splice the new hose into an old connection hose that hadn't been used in 10 years. Not surprisingly, it didn't work. They told me I would need to call in a plumber to do the hook up. This was NOT the "full installation" I was promised! I don't believe I should be responsible to hire a plumber, at my own expense! I should have been told AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE that a plumber (and subsequent expense) would be MY responsibility. I tried calling Best Buy Customer Service, and was told that they would NOT be sending someone to complete the installation, and that I should call a plumber. I responded with the above comments, and they said they would talk to a manager who would get back to me at a later time. THEY DID NOT. I believe the promise of "full installation" is fraudulent. As soon as I am able, I'm going to go to the place of purchase to register an official complaint and see if they're willing to rectify the problem. I am not hopeful.

The young lady who helped me and the gentleman who was her supervisor were absolutely awesome. They listened to everything. I wanted in a refrigerator and helped me find the perfect one. I absolutely love it!

So far we are very happy with it. Wanted a different brand as this is the same that died at 7 years old. But we were limited and needed it right away. So far only thing we do not like is the switching from water to ice you have to do it twice before it clicks over.

The fridge works just fine and has a lot of space and the ice crusher is the best feature, my family and me love it!!!!

I love this refrigerator!! It has so much room compared to any of the others that I have had. The ice and water in the door is fantastic!!!

The new LG refrigerator is working very well for us. The installation crew (Dynastacius and helper did an absolutely excellent job on a hot busy day for them. Thanks to both of you for making the Delivery go so smoothly.

I love this refrigerator!Very similar to our last one from Best Buy.Lots of room.Keeps things cold.It looks really nice in the kitchen.And I feel the price was good.

Excellent refrigerator, very spacious with organizers of shelves perfect for setting your groceries with ease. I am fearful for the wonder way the freezer at the bottom has well-placed organizers as well.

Best fridge I’ve owned! Love bright it is and the front is actually magnetic!! The filter is in the top left corner so it doesn’t take up any room and the ice maker is slim

I've been enjoying this fridge very much. It uses much less electricity than my old competing brand fridge. There's a ton of space in both the fridge and freezer, and it feels like high quality manufacturing. I was a bit disappointed to find that ice is only made in the fridge door and not the bottom freezer, so you have to fill the ice storage in the freezer on your own. I don't go through enough ice for this to be an issue for me, but it may be for others. Overall, this is fridge is a great value for the price.

It has good space on the inside. I like how much less space the ice maker/water takes up. There isn't a dedicated butter area. not a biggie, just an observation. The handle on the freezer drawer moves which is different from our last unit. We are continually thinking we broke the handle.

I love my fridge, it has everything I was looking for plus the price was affordable, very good product and the Best Buy associates were very professional with a great customer service.

This fridge is everything we were wanting. Great storage in the freezer as well as the fridge. External water and ice dispenser is a huge plus for us.
