I’ve had this refrigerator for about two months and it works as expected. This biggest downside is the drinking water from the dispenser tastes like plastic, so I’m still buying/boiling drinking water. Maybe because new and I need to wait until it goes away, but we rarely use the dispenser because of that.

This is one of the fridges that i have use for thw past 30 years. It keep staff fresh for longer than my old fridge. Easy to clean, but not that easy if the food or anything will stuck on the edges. Im very happy that i got this refrigerator plus it was good deal from best buy!

Nice refrigerator. Some wasted space in door. Shelves don’t allow for tall items. Otherwise, good refrigerator.

So far we have had this fridge for a few months and absolutely love it! So much space it’s amazing.

It's a fridge. What can I say? It's just as described and working as intended. The only thing of note is that the left door is noticably heavier than the right, being that the ice maker is built into the left door. So it requires more of a pull to open and is more prone to slamming shut on it's own. So I would store very light things on the left door shelves to not add onto the already heavy door. Other than that it's all good.

Love this fridge! Great storage and is sharp. The only complaint is the doors are heavy and close a little hard.

The door containing ice and water cannot hold any items on shelves provided. The door is so heavy it can pull from your hand and close with a “crash”. Repairman said there is no fix. You lose a bit of storage space, but space provided is minimal.

This LG refrigerator is great. Best Buy price very good and the installation guys were awesome. Very pleased with this purchase.

Its LG predecessor died at 12 years. The first replacement had a leak in the ice maker. They did replace it. The interior space is awkward with only the door for tall items. You cant open a crisper without opening both door. Needs better interior layout. Hard to see the dark words on front water/ice and have to hit the button twice to change modes.

Fridge stays clean and easy to clean. Looks nice and new. Worked effectively until right at almost 2 years. Now having parts malfunction. Will update after service crew comes and sees the situation but this is the first issue I've had in 2 years.
