    It is a nice refrigerator, but the doors slam and need to be adjusted. Not sure how to do that.

      Hi, Ricardo. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG Refrigerator (LRFS28XBS) model. We understand how important it is to have the ice maker working properly, and we appreciate you letting us know about the issue so soon after purchase.

      For this model, one helpful step is to reset the ice maker. You can do this by turning the ice maker off using the control panel, waiting about 30 seconds, and then turning it back on. Also, check that the water supply line is fully connected and the valve is open, as restricted water flow can prevent ice production.     Just got. It’s beautiful. Did think it was finger print proof ☹️. Like the way interior is laid out.

    So far so good. We haven't had it long, but I am very happy with the layout. It is much better than my side-by-side. I also like the size of the ice cubes.

    Everything our old fridge had and almost as big. Only thing is the bottom shelves can slide forward if you are not careful taking things out.

    Great LG product again. 2nd LG refrigerator. I left my first LG refrigerator at a house I sold. I had no problem buying LG product with confidence.

    I ASKED before purchase if delivery guys would remove the door. **Poor rating is nothing to do with Fridge I never got** everything to do with service. I measured carefully, and purchased home delivery/removal. Delivery guys refused to remove doors and install. I had already got the old fridge out the same door BY MYSELF. (It was BIGGER than the new one). So, me a Medicare eligible female with a recent leg injury and my 75 year old spouse who has had both shoulders replaced, both knees replaced and an untreated bad back managed to get a similar floor model across the grass, around the tight gate entry and through the same door that the delivery guys refused to attempt.

    Its nice I like it a lot there's plenty of room,the only neg. The shelves are a little stubborn to move. And wish they could come up with a way the water could be cold out of the front and flow faster

    Very loud slamming doors , ice maker stops up all the time and not much storage do not buy this product and Best Buy only gives you 15 days to return product terrible company

Some noises like door closing sounds and ice dropping are part of normal operation, but if the noise is louder than usual, please try these steps:

      Ensure the refrigerator is level and the doors are properly aligned to reduce slamming noises.

    Great purchase so far! It is a little noisy on when water refills the ice tray. LG reminds me the Lord is Good to me for providing the resources to purchase this!

    This is a nice fridge. Wish it had ice maker for the freezer. Also, the door mounted storage is not adjustable, which would improve options.

    The ice machine sucks. Produces minimal ice. Then the ice melts and gets stuck. Another problem recently a part on the door fell off. No clue where it came off from but now one of the doors dont seal when shut. This wasnt cheap and im super disallointed.
