The 2 freezer trays are convenient. Although, I would have preferred each freezer to have a separate temp controller so that I can convert the top one to a cheese tray for example. The stain resistant paint is great.

I'm not crazy about the water/ice feature because it's easy to think you're in one setting when you're really in the other. Water ends up on the floor or ice goes all over the place. But now that I've made the mistake a couple of times, I've figured out that making the switch takes 2 touches.

Seems to work very effectively, I haven't installed it yet because our house isn't finished yet. My friend is holding it for me with it connected to power so I can make sure that the condensers are working and such. He has told me it is getting cold so I think it's good to go.

I took one star because the right door doesn’t just swing closed. You have to make sure that it is pushed closed all of the way.

It super frustating to be treated this way. I am not sure what I'm to do next? plus the fridge is loud the doors swing violently and jars in the door are tossed about. it does keep food cold but the freezers are small and unlit.

Great techs to install quick and efficient. One problem the frog had a ding in the stainless freezer drawer in the front. We didn't notice until after we pulled the protective cover off.

We upgraded our refrigerator from a standard side-by-side. So glad we did! The adjustable shelves and extra space to hold a sheet cake when both doors are open is great! Was hesitant about the freezer space but it's great! Just enough room to keep it organized. Its been 7 months and no issues at all. I love it!
