I have always been a big fan of LG. My last three refrigerators have been LG. So when my last failed after 8 years, I went for another LG. I like everything about this frig EXCEPT the balance of the doors. The door with the ice maker/water dispenser is heavy. I expect that. However, no matter how the appliance is leveled (we have had Best Buy service out to "fix" this), the door slams shut. If you have the opposing vegetable drawer open, it catches on that and it is a process to ge it loose. I expect that eventually the drawer will break. When the service people were here, they told us that that was a "design flaw" and that it was to be expected with the weight of the door. So why was the not a problem on my last LG French Door Refrigerator. Not happy and no one seems to care.

I love everything about this refrigerator except 1 critical criteria that I did not consider when I purchased it....It is loud. It goes about it's business of cooling all the food and the temperatures are consistent in all sections, but it gurgles, hums, and whines constantly almost. I had a second one delivered thinking to myself there is no way this thing got all these great reviews and no one cares that it's loud. The second one is just as loud as the first - by my decibel meter - around 49-52 decibels at the unit - which can be heard in not only my kitchen, but my living room and family room if the television is off. LG advertises 40 decibels for quiet operation - the two that I have owned have been closer to 50 decibels. I do really like the refrigerator except for that, but can't keep it due to the noise. Much louder than the Whirlpool side by side it replaced. Since I had it over Christmas, several family members also commented about how it's louder than whatever model they have and how they would not keep it. Hopefully the GE on order will be quieter - that feature has jumped to the top of my criteria scale. One positive note is that Best Buy has been fantastic to work with during this process.

Refrigerator is OK, but went through hell to get it. 78 days while LG dorked around to decide their obviously dead refrigerator was, yes, dead. Imagine looking at your non working LG refrigerator thru Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year. This is the Warranty replacement. Wanted a GE, but the GE models of interest were sold out. First LG lasted less than 4 years. Hope this new one lasts longer.

I like this modern refrigerator, it freezes well, it is spacious and it graduates, it is a smart one, it works perfectly

The time had come when I needed to look for a new refrigerator. I wasn't sure as to what I really wanted. I checked out the options on Bestbuy.com and came across the beauty. I love it...and Bestbuy also did a price match!! Win-Win!!

I love almost everything about this refrigerator. The only 2 drawbacks are the size of the ice tray and the freezer compartments. Both are a bit too small but other than that I love it

Hooked it up in March, Ice Maker was broken, took 2 weeks to get it repaired. Mid this month, I noticed food starting to go bad in the fridge. I thought maybe I didn't have it set low enough. set it to the lowest setting and food still going bad. I bought a temparature gauge to put in there and found that although I have set it to 33 degrees, the fridge never falls before 42 - 45 degrees. Not warm enough to notice immediately, but not cold enough to keep food safe. Threw out a full refridgerator full of food and now after almost a week after reporting the problem to them, I still don't have a repair date even scheduled.

excellent storage and freezer solutions. Having two drawers allows us to keep deep freeze items separate from other groceries we'd otherwise use on a more regular basis. Looks absolutely sharp in our new kitchen!

so far so good! Other than a dent in theupper freezer drawer @ delivery, which has been successfully replaced.check with us in a few months

Everything else was fine, we noticed that a small ding was there on one of the doors which was visible only when lights turned on and looked at in one angle.

We couldn't be happier with this fridge. A huge upgrade over our Samsung which was nothing but problems with the ice maker. The LG has plenty of room and adjustable shelves too. Definitely recommend

We upgraded our refrigerator to increase our storage space and freezer space. We love this new product. The only complaint we have is the lack of a light in the lower freezer drawer. Otherwise, we are very happy with our purchase.

The door slams shut because the ice maker is in the door. Ice maker doesn't make much ice at once, also because it's in the door. When it was first turned on, it took several hours to cool down. We connected it to WiFi thinking there would be a way in the app to turn on a quick cool mode or something but there wasn't and, at least for this model, the app doesn't do much at all. Overall, it's ok.

It's just ok! Its To light over all feel is cheap and poor functionality. Cheap

For a family of 5, this refrigerator helps us organize our groceries. I like how it is very spacious and having the French doors allows us to visually see everything in the refrigerator. The freezer drawers are large enough to store all our frozen products.

Very nice refrigerator. Liking it very much with the exception the door with the ice maker tends to slam shut from the weight.
