    We have had this unit for 10 months and it is already broken. We have reached out to LG and they are coming this week to repair, We are getting the FF code and the unit stops working. We have LG TV's and been very happy, the unit itself is very nice, however if it won't operate properly, what good is it?

    Very happy with refrigerator - did have several days that the water coming from it tasted terrible. The installers returned and replaced the water line. It has been great ever since.

    Dear Pacific Sales, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent appliance order and subsequent delivery. **Issues Encountered:** * **Unfulfilled Order:** My order, placed three weeks ago, was scheduled for delivery on Saturday, January 8th. However, upon confirming the delivery a week prior, I was informed the day before that one of the crucial items, the hood, would not be shipped. This caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my ongoing project. * **Failed Appliance Removal:** Despite paying for the removal of my existing refrigerator, the delivery team refused to take it. This unexpected refusal resulted in additional hassle and expense on my end. * **Incomplete Delivery:** The delivery team initially forgot to include the cooktop and only returned with it after an hour and a half. Furthermore, upon closer inspection, I discovered that the ice machine hoses for the refrigerator was incorrect and these boxes were open prior to delivery. * **Overall Inconvenience:** This series of errors and oversights has caused significant delays and disruptions to my rental property remodel, creating unnecessary stress and inconvenience. **Desired Resolution:** I am extremely disappointed

    My main complaint is the ice make and the water dispenser. The ice make is in the door and and has a very small reservoir. I use alot of ice and I have to make sure I keep it on extra ice amd stay onto of emptying it into the freezer. The water from the dispenser is room temperature

    Very bad service the installers came and were complaining before even touching the valve of the water in the back of the old fridge that it was frozen and I showed the guy how to shut it it was just a twist with my hand and then he started complaining that I should’ve shut it now he won’t touch it and like you were complaining that it was frozen just looking at it you didn’t even try to shut it what are you talking about then he started complaining that why didn’t the people who brought the fridge install your fridge I told him you need to ask that question to best buy and know why what is their policies cus the deliver is separate and the installer is separate…and he went on and on complaining so I told him you know what you can take the fridge back… I bought the same fridge from Home Depot. Same price free delivery free installation they installed it in 10 minutes kind and professional service.

    In the 1 year that we had the fridge, we already had to have it serviced twice, where they replaced the compressor. Since then it has been making a really annoying humming noise. The noise comes and goes, sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes much longer. I called LG support, and they said it sounds like we have ice buildup on the fan. They said the only thing we can do is to take everything out of the fridge and let it defrost for 12+ hours. When I asked about sending a service technician out, they said that if it is ice buildup on the fans, that is not considered a manufacturing defect and we would have to pay for the service, even though we are under waranty.

    Ice Maker not Making Ice!

    I bought this unit in June of 2021. The ice maker stopped working, not making ice! As others mentioned, the ice maker doesn't hold much ice and the ice sticks together and has to be broken up. I'm calling to have the ice maker replaced, frustrating, not even 1 year old!
