Best Buy says that’s just the way it is. Ice maker makes an insufficient amount of ice. Day one, water filter leaked. Must open both refrigerator doors to get into bottom vegetable drawer. Only thing I really like is the two freezer drawers.

The only bad detailed is that the ice maker quit working after a week of purchase. I quit buying samsung cause they´re very problematic. My other refrigerator is a samsung and it took a whole month providing ice and water to repair the ice maker. This piece took a week to stop making ice and filtered water. I wouldn´t recommend to buy this kind of ref.

Posted .Hello there, Rilo. We understand your inquiry regarding your LG French Door Refrigerator (model LMXS28626S) and the issue with the ice maker and water dispenser. If your unit stopped making ice or dispensing water within a week, it may be due to the water supply line being kinked or the water valve not fully open. Please also check that the ice maker is turned on and that the freezer is set to 0°F for optimal performance.

It is NOT the one we ordered and the Danbury Best Buy store will not fix their mistake. We had the worst customer experience with their customer experience manager. We’ve used Best Buy for years and have never had such a terrible experience
