    Storage capacity is great, but temperature inside stayed at 42 degrees even though it was set at 33 degrees, factory setting is 37 degrees. Also, the water from the dispenser had a moldy aftertaste. Flushing out did not help. Could not recommend.

    Bought original less than a month ago and waiting on a third new one to be delivered due to the water not dispensing but making ice. Prettt sad a brand new fridge doesnt work two times in a row. Guess I will find out if third times a charm.

    One door slams the other you have to push shut

    Refrigerator is ok overall. But the freezer drawers store less than my side-by-side did and the refrigerator doors don’t work well. The one with the icemaker slams shut and is going to end up breaking because of it I’m sure. And the right door doesn’t close all the way you have to push it shut. LG says this is normal. If this is normal it’s a stupid design

    Ice maker stopped working after a year and a month

    We bought this refrigerator last year on August 5 2020 and on September 1 2021 the refrigerator stopped making ice. At first it would make ice but then it wouldn’t drop the ice into the dispenser. Then it completely stopped working and making ice. The refrigerator also makes loud noises which apparently is normal but annoying.

    Looks nice. But there’s not enough room for taller items. And ice ALWAYS ends up on the floor when using the ice maker.

    I recently got an email that my refrigerator is out of stock. I am VERY VERY disappointed due to the fact that we purchased it back in 8/29/2020 for a due date of early/mid December. We purchased the unit early due to the fact that we wanted a refrigerator once we moved in into our new home. Now we will be in our new home for two weeks without a refrigerator. I was going to also purchase a OLED TV, and also a washer and dryer from bestbuy but I dont think I can count on them on coming thru. We ordered the unit almost four months in advance and now we are having a updated email that we are out of stock and that 'possibly' we'll have it a week or two after we move in. This is the reason why we purchased it four month in advanced. Chad/Anne

    I received different item after they change the delivery date 3 times,I went to the and spoke to store manager she were so rude and said that nothing she can do about that

    Open box item did not work after renting trailer to pick up and return. Should have been treated. Compressor did not turn on and water would not dispensed. Probably a good fridge but do not trust open box items

    Nothing but issues with water dispensing. Best Buy is delivering 4th refrigerator today. Geek Squad tried to fix fridge. (Really did not do much). So far Best Buy has done nothing to rectify the issue.

    I am very disappointed, my main reason for purchasing this refrigerator was the fingerprint resistance option however the one I received, as you touch it it’s soiled.

    This refrigerator is completely unpredictable. We have owned it for less than 2 years and the cooling system has gone out twice causing us to lose the contents of our freezer, and some refrigerated items. Fortunately we were home for the last fiasco because the water dispenser started releasing water on its own. Then a few days later it will start working again. I do not trust this fridge. I cannot recommend it. I am sorry I purchased it.
