    Refrigerator code at 2 week mark

    Bought this LG refrigerator 2 weeks ago and already have a repairman coming to fix it. It keeps giving a FDH code something to do with the defrost mode. I replaced my old LG Refrigerator, which I had no problems with I just wanted a stainless steel one to match my other appliances. I hope it's not a lemon!

    This was awful, it took 4 replacements to get an actual working fridge and only 1 Best Buy customer service lady was helpful. I won’t buy another appliance from best buy

    The water/ice spout keeps sticking. It doesn’t seem to be fixable. I tried calling Best Buy regarding it but they told me to call the manufacturer and this was less than a month after purchase. Not happy with this purchase.

    Broke within first week

    We had best buy deliver our fridge on May 31st. Great delivery service and friendly men. Yesterday, my husband noticed that the arm on the top (in the cut out) of the fridge that moves in and out when you open and close the door is not sealing our fridge. We called to have the repair and lg wont come out and fix it with there employees even though its under manufactor warranty. They want to send out someone that is third party approved.

    Water dispenser did not work. May be an on going issue with this model. Got a different LG model and so far so good

    Poor attempt to deliver - very disappointed

    We will never know. Delivery people decided they could not get refrigerator through door off kitchen and didn't really try. They could have removed refrigerator door or screen door and probably fit in through. They asked me if I would like to send it back or keep it in my garage until I called a carpenter and had him remove door frame. I sent it back and guess what - bought the same size refrigerator from a family run store and they fit it in no problem.

    The Refrigerator is ok. Not impressed. I gave it a One star only because of the terrible service I recived from Best Buy. I would the refrigerator 3 star.

    14 months latter stopped working with code CLE. Covered under Best Buy extended warranty and will come to look at it in 10 days.

    I’ve snd big , It ice maker is a problem .

    The ice maker broke 3 day’s after the waterline was hooked up. Not very happy. We now have to wait 2 months before we can get another one.

    The right door does not shut without force. After three attempts to service within the first two weeks we decided to order a different fridge to replace it. We are waiting u til March for delivery of new one

    Class Action Lawsuit Alert!

    Bought this fridge 2 years ago. Yesterday it stopped working. Online research reveals that there was a class action law suit, which LG lost. Participants in the lawsuit will be compensated, including for lost food. But the suit is closed and I am out of luck. Do not buy an LG unit with a linear compressor. The design is defection.

    Worst experience.. within two years it got issue and was not reparable!!!! We were told all the LG refrigerators have the compressor issues!! waste of our money but thankfully had extended warranty and geek squad is replacing it!!! No more LG refrigerators!!
