We had an earlier version of essentially the same refrigerator with which we were very satisfied. We were therefore delighted to be able to get much the same model so easily at Best Buy. The sales person was extremely helpful pointing out differences among the numerous refrigerators we looked at and helped us conclude that this particular model would best serve our needs. We have been very pleased with it in every respect.

We love our LG refrigerator! I love the shelf that can slide in and out depending on what you have in there. I love the raised shelf edges so spills are caught more easily. The ice cube machine works great and doesn’t freeze up like most due to it being more compact.

The refrigerator is very well designed. I love the print proof stainless steel which helps with fingerprints from little ones. The two pull out drawers are a great feature. It is nice to have an extra area to store ice for drinks. I also like the deep shelves for storing larger items. As a I previous owner of LG appliances, I did not hesitate buying my LG package for my newly remodeled kitchen. Best Buy offered a great promotion.

Love the storage space and the lighting of this refrigerator. Very quiet and reliable.

While I love this refrigerator, there are some things to be mindful about. First, the bottom freezer drawer does not have a light. Second, you have to have both doors open to get into the deli drawer. Third, the plug is short and comes out on the back right-side (if you are standing in front of the frig). You need to make sure your outlet is behind the frig. And lastly, the installers will not hook up the water line if it is copper or plastic. Unless your water line is right behind the frig, I would speak to the installers ahead of time to ensure a seamless install. Newer homes have the right connections so this shouldn't be issue. My home is old. Otherwise, it has lots of room. Nice!!

This is a nice refrigerator. I have had it a little more than a year and it's great. Except for one thing that won't be a problem for most people but I am older and do not have the hand strength to remove the water filter. I have to get someone else to do it. My old refrigerator had the filter at the bottom of the refrigerator and it popped in and out easily. That's my only complaint. The ice dispenser is a bit small so if you are a heavy ice user this might be an issue.

This LG Refrigerator is awesome! The inside open design makes it a lot easier having parties with large platters and bowls. The ice maker flows smoothly without a lot of noise. This is the best refrigerator we have ever bought!!

This is my second LG refrigerator and i have been very happy with them. Lots of space inside, nice outside finish, I've never had an issue with the temps. My only wish would be that the ice maker was a little bigger or produced faster.

Love the fridge. It’s nice and spacious. Unfortunately during setup, one of the handles was not put on properly and the the instructions provide no guidance on how to remedy. Disappointing to say the least
