Great fridge for storage space! Definitely would recommend

Love my LG refrigerator but the buying experience was even better. The team answered all my questions and handled every detail.

Great fridge. Keeps temperatures cold and made ice quickly. Only things I think that I would change are have the middle drawer be flexible between fridge and freezer, and also have a light for the bottom drawer.

love the double freezer, so easy to organize, looks great in our kitchen. Keeps all items the proper coldness.

I'm going to go with four stars for right now. I have only had the refrigerator a couple of weeks. It works like it should and seems to be well made. Only time will tell. This is the reason for 4 stars. If it makes it a year without issue then 5 stars it will be.

I love this fridge! I have so much space for my food! I also love that I can separate my meats from my ice cream and frozen veggies since there are two freezers. The only drawback is that the left door always shuts with a bang. I wish they would’ve made it more like the right side where the door closes smoothly and quietly.

In box, delivered with a broken left handle and glass shelf was scratched in4 places. Smaller than my prior LG/Kenmore similar model. Hate the limited configuration of the glass shelves and door storage. Love the smudge free exterior. Love the tiny cubes. Like the double drawer freezer. LOVE Best Buy delivery guys!!!

Good looking refrigerator. Have had couple months. My only issue is freezer doors don’t stay open while you are putting items in or out. You have to hold the handle. Otherwise good.

Just got the LG fridge and it's a game-changer! Stylish design, tons of space, and it keeps everything fresh. Love the adjustable shelves and energy efficiency. Worth every penny!

I ordered this refrigerator in Feb of '25. It was delivered and the water dispenser would not work. The delivery guy called in for a repair. Before they'll send out a repairman, they first have to send new installers to make sure it's been installed correctly. Visit #2 with installers - they tell me it was installed fine and but my water pressure is low and that I need a plumber. Called a plumber, paid $150 for house visit, and my water pressure is fine. By this time we've already realized the ice dispenser is working, still not water. They schedule with Geek Squad for repair. Visit #3 - they can't figure out what's wrong and recommend a new refrigerator. A week later (after I've pulled out all the food and dragged it to the now garage refrigerator), I receive a second new refrigerator - Visit #4. Yet another interruption to my work day and another day with strangers in my home--albeit kind strangers. They install the new fridge and, guess what? The water dispenser doesn't work. Then, would you believe I have to go through the same process? Visit #5 - a big fat waste of time as they send a new group of installers to confirm that it was installed correction (it was), then Visit #6 - a new Geek Squad repair guy. We're talking 5-7 days between each of these visits. #6 Geek Squad guy can't figure it out, so he calls LG and lo and behold there's a KNOWN issue with the control panel for this water dispenser. This ONE call could have saved me a month in headaches! #6 guy orders the part and a week later Visit #7, repair guy has it fixed in 5 minutes. I spent $150 for a plumber, $30 for a Brita to use in the meantime, and over the course of a month had 7 Best Buy visits for a KNOWN issue. Honestly, I was thinking the whole time, it's just one of those things and no ones fault, but that was the final straw. I called Best Buy and request a discount on my appliance for all the time and money I was out during this whole mess. I won't get into the details, but they offered me an amount that did not seemed fair. I gave them my minimum and they said it was too high for their department, but if I went to the store directly they would take that amount off the price that I owed (purchased on BB credit and was waiting to have it resolved before I paid it off). Having that gut feeling that it was too good to be true, I asked the agent, "Am I going to have to tell this whole drawn-out story again and try to convince them, or are you telling me that it will be there in the notes and all they have to do is pull it up and then issue the discount?" She told me yes, it would be in the notes, the exact amount. I drove 30 minutes to my nearest store, no notes in my account. No mention of the discount I was promised. Complete waste of time. I just called them again today, they have the notes and I've requested they listen to the phone call. I now have to wait 5-7 days for them to decide if they're going to approve my discount or not. What a nightmare. At least the water dispenser is now working. I'm always skeptical when an original part has to be replaced though so keeping my fingers cross that it doesn't flake out on me. We drink a lot of water in our house and wanted to stop buying bottled, so this was the main reason we chose to buy a new fridge in the first place.

bought this to replace my 19 year old French door fridge and I'm so glad I did. I love the 2 freezer drawers rather than the single drawer with a second level slide out - much easier to keep organized. The water/ice dispenser works great. So far I'm loving it.

Really pleased with this refrigerator. Lots of room for all items in the freezer. Like the small ice cubes it makes. Color is perfect for my kitchen.

I really enjoyed this refrigerator. I am glad I bought this one with the two freezer draws, it works great for me.

Excellent performance. Well designed and flawless . Love the French doors and two bottom freezer drawers.

Sturdy and lots of flexible space inside both the refrigerator and freezer

I am so disappointed, not completely in the actual Refrigerator, although it was delivered with a deficient right side door. But more so in the complete lack of customer service in responding to the repair. I spent good money on this Refrigerator and it came with a deficient right side door, once you open it, the door flies open until it hits whatever can stop it. In my case, it is a wall next to the Refrigerator. I filed a warranty request and they have NEVER contacted me to actually fix it. What they have done is sent a text through AI with a Youtube on how to fix a Refrigerator door that will not seal, and then on how to fix a door that will not close, Neither of which is my problem. After sending each of those texts, they tell you to file another claim (which I have done multiple times now) and the loop seems to be never-ending. I bought 4 very high dollar appliances from them, which is really not the point, but based on the fact that they do not stand behind their products and offer ZERO help, I will never buy an LG appliance again. For reference, I bought this at the end of November and still zero resolution or actual contact from anyone who might be able to fix the problem. I am pretty sure no one wants a French-door Refrigerator where you have to hold the door open while using the Refrigerator. Which really defeats the purpose. The left side works as intended but the space in the actual Refrigerator is also very small which further complicates the problem, If you want a company that stands by its product, buy anything else. If not, this might be acceptable. i am very disappointed in the LG company.

So far so good, the refrigerator looks great in the kitchen and love all the space.

Lots of room, well built, great lighting. Could use a bit more freezer space but functions perfectly
