The fridge is great size and looks good. Everything fits well for a family of five but the ice machine is slow to keep up.

Roomy and well built... Sleek and modern... We like it overall. Only downside is that the ice maker and water receptacle are so small so as to not take up room in the fridge that there is little ice and the water is often not cold

This purchase was to replace a 6 yr. old refrigerator (different brand) that was a disaster. The LG model that we purchased is a much better product and is exceeding our expectations.

Had to replace old Kenmore Elite (it was also an LG), the dual freezer drawers work much better than the previous large one with internal drawers. The water and ice in the door with visible water spigot is a vast improvement over previous models. Works as expected.

This refrigerator works great. It has good lighting and a lot of space.

The product is nice, different sizes of door shelves as well as interior adjustable shelves. We like the duel freezers to allow better organized foods. The ice dispenser crushes and cubes, small ice holder

Mario and the delivery crew are awesome. Best Buy taking more than 3 weeks to refund the purchase is ridiculous.

So far, so good. It is impossible to know how good the unit is until it has been a few years. Operationally, it is very good. Longevity is a question which will not be answered for a while.

Love this fridge! Ample space. Lots of different compartments. And having 2 French door freezer sections makes organizing easier. I like how the ice maker is in the door which saves space in the freezer. Always love LG products!

This refrigerator is a great deal for the price. However, the one major drawback is the interior lighting. With only a single thin strip of lighting to illuminate the entire upper section, the bottom shelves are often dark once items are placed on the top shelf. If I could separate delivery and Best Buy customer service out from the product, I would. Best Buy customer service is atrocious. It took four delivery attempts to finally get this product delivered, and countless phone calls to process a gift card that Best Buy promised me for my “inconveniences.” To this day I’ve received neither. I’m returning the refrigerator and buying from a different retailer. I’d rather pay for an extended warranty than take advantage of the 2 year warrant that comes with my Best Buy membership.

We got our fridge about a month ago and I have been SO happy with it! It's spacious and holds way more than our old fridge. The ice maker works great too!

Our old fridge didn't make the best use of the space it took up. The ability to easily arrange the shelves, and two freezer drawers on bottom works great. The large water & ice dispenser is an excellent feature as often the glass or bottle used for this is larger than what older models made space for. Should have bought sooner.

This unit is nicely laid out to fit just about anything we have to put in it. Except for a butter dish compartment! Great ice maker and water dispenser. We got it on sale and the installation crew did a great job getting it into the house without having to take the front door off. Excellent fridge, excellent installation crew!!

First off, AVOID samsung fridges like the plague. Within a year the ice maker was dead and they wouldn't do anything about it. So we've replaced it with this LG and we love it so far! The quality is better, the arrangement of the ice maker and dispenser seems for structurally sound and we love the black stainless steel look.
