We really like this fridge - plenty of room, works well and looks good. Only problem is getting the wifi set up. It wont recognize the password they gave me. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the purchase.

Love the ice maker. Lots of space - easy to organize. Double freezer drawers keep you from forgetting mystery food at bottom of freezer. You can see everything!

Works great. The delivery and installation went really smooth

This fridge works well but there is two things I do not like. The bottom freezer does not have a light and the left side fridge door closes really hard. Other then that it has worked fine for us.

We’ve had the fridge for almost 2 months now, and I have yet to fill it near capacity. I don’t need a separate beer fridge any longer. Wait, yes I do.

We have had this refrigerator for 2 years now. Not a single problem. If anything it gets TOO cold! - then I just readjust the thermostat. Seriously love this thing...only wish it had a light for the bottom drawer - but if that's the only hang up...then buy this fridge!

Horrendous experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad—TotalTech is a scam. My fridge, barely over a year old, died more than THREE WEEKS before Thanksgiving, and they couldn’t fix or replace it in time for the holiday. For the $2,200 price tag, I expected much better reliability. The fact that it failed so quickly is a clear indication of poor quality, especially for a product I trusted to last much longer. My Experience I reported the issue on November 6, and the earliest appointment (with a $105 fee) wasn’t until November 14. The tech came out, said it needed a new Main Control Board, and assured me the part would arrive overnight. Fast forward to November 19, and I’m told the part still hasn’t shipped. I asked for a supervisor to contact me. On November 21 I heard back, only to be told the part is no longer available from the manufacturer, and my fridge will be replaced—except they can only offer me the Black Friday sale price, not what I paid. The icing on the cake? The earliest replacement appointment is December 5. Meanwhile, I find the part online from LG available with overnight shipping proving they lied about availability. Best Buy and Geek Squad have completely ruined my holiday and shown zero urgency or competence. Never again.

It works great! The litters for the water and ice needs to be in lights or bigger. The glare on the fridge makes it hard to read the words.

The refrigerator performed as advertised. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the size of the ice cubes...too small.

Overall a good fridge. I prefer the fridge w a middle drawer. This one you have to open the whole top (both French doors) to open the inner large drawer where we stored most used foods kids grab. The shelves are glass do you can see items. The side baskets on the doors are reasonably sized. Its been about 2 years and the Ice maker might be going out. It’s also very small ice maker cubicle. Never made it through a dinner with everyone home without running out. The freezer space is pretty on point. I do like that!

If you use a lot of ice you will need to stock up on it. The bottom freezer drawer doesn't have a light when you open it. Other then that it works well and holds a lot of stuff.

Has been keeping every thing cold just like it should. Only issue has been instalation of the water filter it has to click several times to instal all the way. water was coming out tasting bad until I googled the problem.

All in all this is a good refrigerator. Drawers and doors are not as smooth opening and closing as I imagined. There is a lot of room for food inside and lots of freezer space
