I really like LG appliances. This is my 2nd LG refrigerator and I hope this one last much longer than the previous one. I like this 4-drawer model as it relates to style and roominess far better than other models.

Really like the additional refrigerator room of this unit. Like the shelving design. The freezer room is smaller than our old one so make sure it is acceptable to you. Love the fact it is a double door freezer design though.

Product is nice except for the annoying chime of door being open to long. Chime comes on too quick. First refrigerator came dented. Second refrigerator two weeks later came dented again near electronics. Offered $ 200 to live with it. Was offered a third refrigerator which would be in a month and a half down the line. No go. Spent way too much time trying to just get a refrigerator in one piece.

Overall appearance is stylish. Easy to clean on the exterior and interior. Moveable shelves and roomy side door storage.

Great product and great service. The delivery guys were awesome.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about it. I really like the extra door. I'm able to keep more cold air in the freezer by keeping my frequently used items in the first door.

Great refrigerator just don’t understand the manage food part of the app.

Love this fridge, it is a little deeper than my previous LG fridge and the drawers open from the bottom not the top so I am having a learning curve as it is so similar to my last one. Black Stainless is beautiful!!

Great space ....easy to find what is inrefrigerator and freezer space. Additional storage space for ice is a plus.

this was a newer model to old one. I felt like the old one had more features and space. Last one compressor went twice, hope this one last longer.

Tons of room! I love the double freezer door so I can separate things and not have to dig through 1 drawer in the freezer. The adjustable racks inside the refrigerator are also very handy!

I love the two freezer drawers. I am able to find commonly used freezer items quickly and the smaller drawer is easier to open than my older fridge with just one freezer drawer.

The french door refrigerator is very spacious and well designed. We especially love the two freezer drawers. LG is our favorite brand and this refrigerator is another great appliance. The black stainless is beautiful.

So far we are really loving our LG 27.8 french smart fridge. It's roomy and the lighting inside is really good.

It’s so beautiful and spacious. Very easy to clean. It’s simple with only the functions that I need. I find it very convenient the way the freezer is divided en to separate compartments. Great buy!
