This ice tray in this expensive fridge is built-in where you cannot get to it. Therefore it not human error. This is a defective product, with cheap parts. I am extremely disappointed that we spent 3k and less than three years this happens. LG should be ashamed. They will not pay to have it repaired.

New fridge

Plenty of selves and door compartments and a convenient drawer for cold cuts, etc... Not pleased with the right door that does not have a tight fit nor the loud noise that comes from the compressor.

The ice machine being in door really gives you a lot more room and although small, we’ve never run out of ice. Quite too.
