Great Refrigerator. Two small issues . The upper draw in the freezer section, when it is pulled completely out and turned loose, it closes approximately 1/2 of the drawer depth! It presents a problem if one has to use two hands to install or remove items. The draw closes 1/2 way making it difficult to remove or install product!! Also the right Refrigerator door, on it's own, closes 1/2 way.

I like the size like the freezer drawers I think the fingerprint resistance could be improved greatly

Its great, roomy refrigerator but smaller freezer, having two doors reduce the space, looks good but it didnt work for me,

Unit is barely 2 years old. Completely stopped cooling. Lost $200+ dollars of groceries. Bought the warranty through Best Buy and the unit is also under warranty with LG. It’s been over a month in the middle of a pandemic with 7 children and I still can’t get anyone out here to come fix it and I’ve been on hold with Geek Squad for an hour and ten minutes this morning just for someone to finally pick up the phone and immediately they hung up. Now I’m back on hold and it’s been over 25 minutes trying to talk to someone and get some help. Don’t buy this unit. I’m told even after they fix it, that this will be an issue every 2 years. Don’t waste your money on the warranty from Best Buy either bc it hasn’t done me any good at all.

This is the best refrigerator I had in my life and I will recomend to all my relatives and friends

It is very nice, and it functions well. They used space in a very efficient way. The two lower Freezer drawers are a real convenience.

We have had the refrigerator for about a month. We are happy with the freezer space and lots of room in the the fridge.

We love the fridge. Plenty of space inside. Nice design. only cons is: Right hand side door wont close automatically in one push.

Had it for 30 days... Overall it is a good refrigerator as far as the look goes... But following are the cons; 1) Ice it makes is very small and it melts very very quickly! 2) Water taste is very bad (my old refrig. had a better taste) 3) The wireless connection is useless, it does not even alert you when the door is left open!! My suggestion: Go get a different brand!

After Geek Squad came out and repaired interior lights, works great. Runs very quiet.

Love our LG refrigerator. It’s got a lot of room and we love the water and ice in the outside door. We bought it before Christmas and were able to store all of our holiday food.
