    Strangely, there are some design flaws ex: to pull out one tray, we need to open both doors. There is no drain system, when power is lost, ice is melting and dripping on the floor

    We really like the new refrigerator. It has a lot more room than our old refrigerator. The ice maker in the door works well. We don't use a lot of ice, so would rather have the available space in the refrigerator and freezer than to have an ice container taking up space. We like the dual freezer drawers. Things that we use regularly are kept in the top drawer which makes it easier to get things out of the freezer without having to bend over much or kneel to find items. Highly recommend

    We had an LG before and the compressor died within 2 years. I was told they changed the cooling method and that solved the issue. The only issue we've had was ice became stuck in the chute once and froze. We had to chop it out. Other than that the refrigerator h worked great.
