I can’t reach the top shelves in the back so will have to lower and play with the configuration. Overall, we like the layout of storage. We often have to open both doors to access what we want. Again, we have to play with the best way to configure the shelving and placement.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know if the problem was with the refrigerator or the stupid Total Best Buy Program (do not buy into that program - they are absolutely worthless. ) After two calls to Best Buy, to try to have them come back out and fix the problem with my brand new refrigerator, they never even had anyone call me back. I still cannot believe they did that to me. The ice maker and water were not working, so I had to pay someone else to get ir working ridiculous. I generally like this refrigerator but DO NOT buy it from Best Buy!! They were worthless. They still have not called me back even though I told them that the ice and water were not working!

To help resolve the issue, we recommend checking the water supply line and ensuring that the water filter is installed correctly, as a common cause for ice maker and water dispenser issues is a clogged or improperly installed water filter. You can also try a reset by unplugging the refrigerator for a few minutes, then plugging it back in to see if that resolves the issue.
