We have only had this fridge a few weeks but so far love it!

I love the way this fridge looks in my kitchen. It works great.

I love everything about it! The double freezer doors are excellent!

I would choose the single freezer door next time. Ice doesn't produce as fast as I need when company is over.

The refrigerator is bigger than it looks on the inside.

Very nice refrigerator fits our needs and style and value. Yes it took a few months to get but well worth the wait. Plus the staff and manager at the Williamsburg Virginia store are the best. Will be back when we need anything else.

We really like the new fridge , the only complaint is the ice maker doesn’t make ice as fast or as much as we hoped We originally wanted the double ice maker fridge but they where out of stock and we needed on now

Lots of space in fridge, freezer drawers ok. Bottom freezer drawer does not light up! Ice maker doesn’t keep up with our 3 person family. I bought ice bin to stock up on ice. Overall, happy with the fridge and Best Buy was terrific!

Good space. Looks nice. I love the ice in the door. However the door is hard to close. ! No amount of leveling removes the need to push the door closed forcefully. it is also fairly annoying that all doors must be closed to dispense ice

This was a replacement for a 9 1/2 year old Lg refrigerator. They have made many improvements over the years. We replaced the old one due to computer board failure, which would not have been worth fixing, given the cost of repair and age of the old one. Our installer told us that all brands are having similar failures. This is a good mid point price.

Love this fridge. Very nice looking and the functionality of it is awesome. I do wish the water and ice were on a different dispensing system. Other than that, I really don't have anything negative to say about this fridge.

This is an upgrade to our previous side-by-side. More room, lots of shelving, great lightening. Makes ice fairly quickly too. Love the extra bin that comes with it to help store ice. The only thing I don't care for is the beeping that occurs after a minute of being left open. This can get annoying and I haven't seen a way to turn this feature off.

Love the style of the fridge but after two years it started to have failures. Two months ago the ice maker quit working. Turned out it was the fan blowing cold air up to the ice maker. Found part online and got it working again. Now the entire upper fridge section is not working. Called geek squad to come out and troubleshoot/fix problem. Geek tech did some diagnostics and determined it was a faulty control board. Was given an invioce for estimated cost. Paid the invioce in order to get the control board ordered so we could get the fridge running as soon as possible. Follow up apointment for control board replacement was the next Friday. Friday came, received txt the tech would be arriving between 1 and 5. 6 o’clock no tech. Called geek support and got the run around. Finally was told “tech had family emergency’” and didn’t make it. (No kidding). Ask when to reschedule and earliest date was the following Thursday. Called back the next day to confirm appointment and it was never made. Now being told it is more than two weeks out. Not happy with the LG problem unit and more disappointed with Best Buy and the horrible tech support. Overall zero stars for both LG and Best Buy. And i still have a broken fridge.
