This LG 4-Door does exactly as intended. It maintains a constant 37 degree temperature in the refrigerator section, and 0 degrees in the freezers. Ice maker preforms well. Plenty of room. Definitely recommend this product.

Holds tons of food and looks good. Just a bit noisy and ice jams somewhat easily if not used regularly (but also very easy to clear). So far seems like a good product.

I owned a LG refrigerator that looks just like this one. I had it for seven years when the compressor went out it was still under warranty but I have to pay for the service which is $800 so I decide to buy a new refrigerator. I kind of regret it. I wish I would’ve spent $800 to repair my old one. This new one doesn’t seem as good as my last one. I lost a lot of good features. This icemaker is a lot smaller than my last one. The water filter is a LG 1000 and the water doesn’t taste as good as my last one which used LG 800. hopefully it will last a lifetime.

The greatest Refrigerator!! The two freezer drawers are so convenient. We use the top drawer for items we use frequently so we aren't opening all the freezer space at once and affecting the temperature. Also, the Ice maker located in the top left door is great because it is not taking up space on the top shelf. There is so much more space and great lighting in this refrigerator. So quiet too!!

I love this fridge and the Black Stainless is beautiful. The double freezer is so convenient.

Love the wide refrigerator shelves. Still getting used to all the space it provides us. The two freezer drawers work great for separating the meats from veggies. Over all we are very pleased with the refrigerator.

I love the double drawers at the bottom and all of the storage in the fridge. One thing I especially was looking for was print proof finish. This has not disappointed. The only thing I was disappointed with was the size of the ice maker bin in the door. I know you can empty it into the bottom bin and it seems that all fridges these days are small. I had a Frigidaire that made ice like crazy. It had the largest bin I had ever seen. But it was 17 years old and we decided to replace it during the Black Friday sale before it died suddenly. We actually bought all new kitchen appliances that day. All LG. Happy so far.

So far no issues. Refrigerator seems to be well built and is quiet and looks good. A few things to note... The black stainless steel option is not magnetic on the doors. Not a show stopper, but you should be aware if that matters to you. The app to connect to the fridge is OK, but not great. It does allow you to adjust the temperature, see how often the doors are opened and set some power saving options. One other note... the two freezer door handles were dented and we didn't notice until the delivery men left. However, we called Best Buy and they came out and replaced both handles for free within a week which was very fair and reasonable and much appreciated.

Bought this to replace a side-by-side because they are just a pain to get in and out of. This refrigerator is well designed and loaded with features! The doors open up wide enough to allow easy access to the entire compartment even if you only open one side. On the inside the drawers and shelves are good quality, easy to adjust and offer plenty of space and configuration options. The ice maker is neatly tucked inside the left door and does not take away from any of the space inside the fridge. The freezer has plenty of room and has dividers and a drawer so you don't have items "buried" at the bottom unseen. The ice/water dispenser functions on the front are easy to use and offer plenty of room to fill cups, glasses or drink bottles. Plus you can't beat the quality of an LG product!!

After 22 years of the same old white refrigerator, my wife and I decided to spoil ourselves and buy this LG Dark Stainless Steel. It has been a great addition to our kitchen and has worked great since day one. Food seems fresher and the options an extra freezer drawer adds is a great plus. Only downfall has been that it won't connect to home wifi, not a deal breaker, and with the app, it can still communicate to app by holding phone up to a speaker on upper inside of right door and tells status of all the refrigerator systems and any problems via the app on phone.

wanted a large ref. and this one is big and roomy lots of storage in the doors and can put a lg. pizza box in with ease. like the extra drawer on the freezer.

Originally, we purchased the next level down in order to save money, but the price changed on this one and we opted to purchase it instead. I have to admit that was a great decision. There are just two of us (both adults) in the house so I did not think we would use the door-in-door functionality or the additional ice maker - both have been extremely useful. We originally had an issue where the food in the fridge was freezing. A couple of small items had been missed during the installation by Geek Squad but once those were rectified the equipment had worked flawlessly. For those who are dog lovers, the water spout works great for filling up dog bowls.

Great product. Delivery team damaged door on D -day but set up replacement repair immediately. It has been done and my Fridge is now beautiful! Great job!

The fridge in my home when I bought was a side-by-side with insufficient freezer space as well as fridge space. I studied reviews online and talked with friends. This fridge is exceeding my expectations. I particularly like the two freezer drawers—good space and food doesn’t get “lost.” The placement of the ice maker is genius—I prefer fridge space over a lot of ice. I chose black stainless steel and it has been a breeze to keep clean of fingerprints, etc. The delivery and installation was excellent—good communication, on-time, efficient, courteous.

We bought this as a replacement for an old GE. It works as expected and is worth every cent. The delivery and installation team was amazing, quick and efficient throughout the process.

I love the ice maker on the door side . Extra tray in freezer to dump ice. Love the freezer doors on bottom. The dividers slid for adjustment. The shelves can be adjusted . The second shelve you can slide the right side in for more tall items if needed . Love the shelves in the doors. Especially right side holds a gallon of milk or ice tea to be able to grab easily . The stainless steel is great for not showing finger prints . I like that it sits up from the floor for easy sweeping. So much more I could add to why this is a great refrigerator. So glad I got this LE refrigerator.

Good size inside and pretty good arrangement and versatility of the shelves. It's looks are nice in our kitchen.

Our previous(well known branded) refrigerator used to stop getting cold every 3-4 months. I was tired of getting it fixed. When I discussed this issue with Best Buy sales person, they advised me to buy this mode with assurance that it will not have my previous issue. I hope this will work good for us. This has lot of storage compare to my previous refrigerator. Till date I have not run out of storage space.

Love having separate drawers on the bottom, helps keep things organized. The refrigerator portion is very roomy and enjoy being able to choose the type of food going in the bottom drawer, for the correct temperature.
