Upgraded from a side by side. Feels like there is so much more room even though it is almost exactly the same. Love the slide out double freezer, you can actually see what you have.

Beautifully made, with attention to reality for all the variety of foods needing refrigeration and freezing--built so all is easily put away and easy to take in and out. It works very well, and we are very pleased. It's easy to organize and to keep clean. The crew of Best Buy people were all their usual reliable, knowledgable, and did their jobs most excellently---from sales to purchase to delivery to removal of the older broken down fridge and then the installation of the new fridge---every person was so pleasant and helpful and, once again, a great Best Buy experience.

I love the frig . It has lots of room and the drawers are great. It does have a problem with the bottom freezer. It builts up frost on the side of the door but they are going to be here in 2 days to fix that problem. Other than that I love it.

Plenty of room and I love the two-drawer freezer. I can find things easily.

Purchased the LG French Door Refrigerator in Black Fingerprint Resistant Stainless along with LG Gas Stove in same finish. I am very happy with the space and performance of the refrigerator. I researched known issues of many brands and settled on LG. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

I had a slight noise as others referenced, but it turned out to be the back panel rattling... Other than that the fridge is quite and has lots of room!

Got this LG Fridge delivered a couple of weeks ago when we found ourselves with a Samsung fridge that suddenly stopped making ice and would freeze everything. After a few hours of research, we decided on this LG French Door in silver and love it! Has a lot more room than we expected and the two doors on the bottom for frozen items and extra ice storage was exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend that you purchase the extra warranty option through Best Buy because most repair jobs after warranty get close to half or more than original retail price.

Frustrated about water system. Cannot designate/program water dispenser max output (prior did and was very handy). Also, dispenses water no colder than tap water (Odd, right?). Ice cube water is not filtered, thus cubes are comprised of everything (yuck) that's in your incoming system. Quiet running. Overall pleased. Hope it lasts longer than previous fridge.

Great refrigerator. Spacious, easy to see everything in it, and runs very quietly.

The smart cooling system keeps everything fresh and the ice and water dispenser is big enough even for my tallest water bottle. Plus, it's super quiet. I also like that I can use LG's app for control and troubleshooting. It might be a bit pricier than other models, but you're getting a ton for your money. This fridge is a win in my book! 5/5 stars.

So far it is working fine. Just hoping it continues to do so. The last frig we purcjased from best buy with a warranty stopped working after 3 months. We had to do a return since geek squad couldnt fix it. Plus we had to spend more money to purxhase this one. I was not happy. Plus new fridge arrived damaged. So far so good.

So far the refrigerator is performing well. I am having a difficult time getting it connected to WiFi. I like the polish look, the two freezer.

This has been an awesome purchase. Very sleek looking. Easy closing an opening. My wife and I just love it. Highly recommended
