Great size with optional retractable shelf for taller bottles/items when necessary.

While we’ve only had it for a couple weeks, we are pleased with this refrigerator. I love that the freezer is 2 separate drawers which prevents items from piling up and getting buried underneath each other. Since the ice maker is smaller than our last one, we occasionally dump the ice from the door’s ice maker into the bin in the top freezer section to store extra ice. I have noticed the left door tends to close harder (not as gently) as the right door. I’m thinking this may be due to the extra weight from the ice maker. All in all, I’d recommend it! (The plastic hadn’t yet been removed from the fridge doors when the photo was taken)

I had this fridge for over a year and it is still working strong and no issues. I love the size and how it looks very nice in our house.

Old fridge gave out. This one looks durable! Love the slick design. Interior looks great. Easy to connect water line straight to the fridge. Filters are convenient to reach and easy to change. Automatic ice maker so you don’t have to manually make ice cubes. Option for cubes or crushed ice. Double doors opening. Comes with 2 freezer drawers so you can keep your items organized. Good amount of space in the fridge accomodate storage for a family of four. Delivery was smooth. Self installed. Decent price

LOVE this item - I had an issue with my Frigidaire fridge after only 3 years - I got this one and am BEYOND happy, the amount of space is incredible I love the double freezer drawers makes it SOO easy to keep my popular freezer items up top and I LOVE the slim ice bin! I just empty it regularly into the bigger bin in the first level and I have TONS of great ice. I love love love it. 12/10

Looks beautiful, plenty of space, very quiet. The only thing I am still getting used to is the left door, since the ice maker is inside this door, the door is heavy and it slams quite easy, door needs to be hold until you close it The power cord is short. I noticed a gap on the back, looks like it was bumped. The delivery guy said "it is nothing, but you can call to exchange" look at the picture. I know is not easy to maneuver a heavy fridge but we paid a lot of money and expected for our fridge to have no damage at all.

Fridge works great and exactly as expected, very spacious and keeps everything cold. Only downside was delivery taking two weeks?!?!? which felt extremely slow

The refrigerator itself is good, however the ice maker jams periodically and I have to dump all the ice. Seems the bin that holds the ice doesn't stay cold enough and some of the ice melts that makes it stick together. The fridge was damaged upon delivery because no padding was on it and the dolly made dents in the bottom drawer. Best Buy did give me a gift card to make up for the dents.

Just installed it so not a lot of wear on it yet. I love the look of it and it has tons of room. Still working on organizing the shelves for our family. I love the two drawer freezer. And the ice cubes are smaller!!!! Love that. So far the only thing I don't care for is that both doors aren't self closing. The left closes without having to manually push it closed while the right bounces back. But at least it has an alarm to tell you that the door is ajar.

I love my new refrigerator! It has a great design. Very quiet. Lots of room inside. The 2 freezer drawers are awesome! Easy to find all your items. And it looks great!

This is a great refrigerator. The double freezer draw is a great thing to have.

This refrigerator is what I've always needed and didn't know it. For a baker and caterer this solved so many problems with having to switch things out to different racks or other fridges in the garage. The water filter is also amazing. Our hard water in Sanford just wasn't something I'd drink from my last fridge. I can't drink enough of it now. love how adjustable this fridge is too. Loving LG!

My Experience of Buying this Item from Best Buy: I purchased an LG Refrigerator from the Torrance (California) Best Buy on 7/1/23 that was advertised as being in "Open Box - Excellent" condition. After driving across Los Angeles 110 miles round trip to pick up the refrigerator, when I removed the 'packaging' (corner guards and bubble wrap), I discovered that there was mold on some of the door seals, bits of food still inside and significant water stains around the water dispenser. No user guide, manual, or any other paperwork was included. It was taking quite a while to cool down, so I removed the back panel and discovered the condenser was filled with dust. That prompted me to check the tag inside the refrigerator and I found that the date of manufacture was September of 2021. "open Box - Excellent is described as: * Looks Brand New, Includes all original parts/accessories, Typically contains packaging. Their other 'Open Box' buying options are: 10 'Open Box - Satisfactory' which is described as: Minor to moderate cosmetic signs of possible use, Any signs of use will not affect performance, Nonessential parts may be missing OR 2) 'Open Box - Fair' which is described as: Significant signs of use, vital accessories may be missing. I found that speaking to an actual human being at a Best Buy store location was impossible, so I called the Best Buy Returns and Exchanges phone number (as they don't have much else in the way of applicable customer service options) as I felt that a price adjustment was in order. I feel the condition was somewhere between Open Box - Fair and Open Box - Satisfactory. Best Buy essentially told me to go take a hike. I can return the refrigerator, but that means taking out my food (and doing exactly what with it?) and hauling it back to Best Buy. Seems to me that a price adjustment is a more than fair resolution of the situation as this CLEARLY does not meet the criteria of 'Open Box - Excellent' condition - Does the photo included look like it meets the criteria for 'Open Box - Excellent'? Does a refrigerator that was clearly used with a manufacture date of nearly two years meet that description? I understand that mistakes happen, but it is what you do in the aftermath that reveals exactly who you are. The TL/DR version: 1) Buyer beware of expecting Best Buy to rate the true condition of an Open Box item 2) Best Buy had deliberately made it impossible to actually speak to a human being at their retail locations on the phone 3) Their 'Customer Service' system is lousy and lazy at best, and quite possibly downright shady at worst. Hopefully I have enlightened those considering such a future purchase. I know it has certainly influenced my decisions going forward. Congratulations Best Buy, you have fired a 25 year customer in less than 10 mjnutes.

My LG new refrigerator is excellent. My kids love their each section and the freezer. I recommend it to my friend . She's very excited. I love it thank you

The water dispenser does not work on delivery; unfortunately, we tried two (2) separate deliveries. The 2nd delivery/exchange driver even told us he had just picked up the same fridge for return. Do not pay extra for repair technician. If it doesn't work on delivery, then just exchange it with BestBuy (no worries). The November 2024 Vietnam version (we had two samples) water dispenser will not work (even after 3 days). It's not your plumbing. We have awesome water pressure. As a life long LG customer (former fridge, TV, washer, stove, and microwave, we were super disappointed. Love our new Bespoke Samsung replacement delivered today ;-)

It's my first stainless appliance and I love it. The 2 freezer doors make it easier to organize items.

This refrigerator is awesome! So much room for storage and it works flawlessly. Had It over 2 years and no complaints.
