Time will tell if fridge holds up. Purchased because Samsung fridge that was only 2yrs old was a lemon. Love how much storage in fridge area. Ice and water maker works great. This one better last.

Its a great refrigerator/freezer. We had our fair share of delivery problems. Overall we love the fridge. Only issue us there are scratches on the bottom draw handle and no one has contacted us yet.

Plenty of room for a large family. Easy to keep clean. Convenient storage drawers to keep items separated.

We replaced an aging side by side with this. The refrigerator is bright on the inside, nice even lighting to see all the food. Lots of space and all easy to reach. Storage bins are well laid out and adjustable cooling for each. Freezer is nice but just average. Because the refrigerator is so large, it does take up space that limits the freezer size. Perfect for us as we have an extra freezer, but something to consider if it's your only one. Ice and water delivery is basic cube/crushed/water. Ice cubes are smaller than other makers, a plus for us, but again, something to consider if you like large cubes. Water capacity is a bit on the small size. I get about 16 oz of cold water before it runs out. Overall, we are completely satisfied with our purchase. LG products have become our go to brand as they seem to have a higher quality to them.

This has tons of refrigerator space. We upgraded from a side by side to this so there's been an adjustment period getting used to the freezer drawers, I'm definitely liking that there are 2 freezer drawers rather than 1, we're loving this new refrigerator.

Love the refrig - delivery service was delayed three times and twice delivery was without the plan for removing the old refrig. You can’t imagine the hardship this caused.

Absolutely love it! Huge amount of storage. We have not filled it yet. I love how little space the ice maker takes. It is embedded in the door and then there are shelves perfect for smaller items. I researched and thoroughly and am thrilled with this purchase.

We have had the prior model for 10 years. The circuit board started to go, so we bought this new one before the unit died completely. Minor changes on the new one, such as Fingerproof Finish and more interior space. Very versatile.

Purchased new at Best Buy and had delivered 1 week ago. Installed in early afternoon. By early evening had error code. Called LG and they told me to call the store for this code. Called Best Buy and was told that the code was related to the ice maker and a new unit would be sent this week. The installers set the temps at 37 and 0. The freezer was still at 20 degrees 24 hours later. Did not get to zero. Got as low as 5. The refrigerator inside never got below 42. The ice maker did not make ice for 24 hours. Note: the cubes are very small and the ice container is not large. Instead of getting a replacement I am getting a different make. I have had 3 LG tv over the years and never had a problem. Thought they knew how to make good refrigerators. The repair men said that LG has a lot of problems and most are associated with the linear compressor. Replaced a 20 yr. old RCA Whirlpool side by side who's only problem was the refrig. door would not stay shut. It opened slightly. Wish I still had that unit.

Great refrigerator, but has a very small ice bin. We returned for the single drawer model with dual ice-maker, one in the door and one in the freezer drawer. I would only recommend this refrigerator if large quantities of ice is not important to you.

I like the LG fridge. The design is great. I was very impressed with the the Best Buy team that came to deliver and install the fridge. Super professional and did an amazing job. I would absolutely buy my next appliance from Best Buy.
