Great storage and easy to clean. My only comment on improving is the capacity in the ice maker - but we use a ton of ice!

We purchased it from the BestBuy outlet in Ocoee. The fridge was delivered and set up within our delivery time and date window.

Defective fridge and horible Best Buy service

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We ordered this fridge and after Best Buy hooked it up the water would not work so they ordered us a replacement. Second one also had the same issue. Called Best Buy and it took almost 2 hours for them to tell us to do everything their installers already tried. They said we had to cal LG to have a tech out. Called LG and they made us do the same run around for an hour trying to fix it. They then said “you need to call Best Buy to have someone come fix it”. After that waist of 3 hours we ordered a fridge from another big box store and told Best Buy to pick this one up. The other Big box store was amazing. Fridge was install in 2 days. Worked great. Delivery crew walked us through everything like it was a new car. Next day Best Buy picked up the other one. You will see what they did to our door with no attempt to do anything about it. In fact during install, they did everything possible to not have to remove the doors on the fridge. Tried to take our screen door and patio door apart instead of just doing it right like the other company did. Very poor customer service, delivery service and I still have a large sum of money that needs to be taken off my card. Definitely shop the competition if anything just for better customer service and delivery crews that will respect your home.

Junk , do not buy! LG repair super slow to service

We’ve only had this fridge for less than a year and the compressor already had an issue and then now goes out again within the 2nd year. LG repair technicians are super slow (limited technicians available) both times to come in to repair so now our food will be wasted and we won’t have a refrigerator for multiple days because the technician will take 5 days to come in. Will never buy LG refrigerator again! Freezer space also very limited. I wish Best Buy sales person didn’t recommend this fridge in the first place.

Big and easy to set up

Good looking but performance is bad

Now, in April 2020, it does not work properly anymore. I needed to buy very quickly a new freezer in order to avoid my meats went bad. The ice maker is not making ice, the freezer does not freeze anymore and the refrigerator does not bring the set temperature. I have to repair it or buy a new one. Especially now during Covid-19 restrictions is a bad time and something like that to be broken. I am very upset!.
