Great refrigerator. Good space. Freezer draws are nice feature. Ice cubes are a bit small

We bought this icebox because the one we had was so hard on my back not to mention not enough room in it. So we decided to go to best buy and get this awesome ice box, so much room and I don't have to bend over or sit on the floor to rearrange everything everytime i needed to get something. I recommend this beautiful icebox to everyone and it has crushed ice . We love it.

It's exactly what we expected. Spacious, good for being adjustable, love the two drawers for the freezer. The best part for my wife though, the ice and water in the door! She gets ice water all day! We got the installation and it was fast and easy.

Best fridge I have ever had. So much space, can get everything in it with no problem. Love the double freezer drawers, and everything works perfect. Get this fridge, you won't regret it.

We finally broke down and bought a new fridge, after months of shopping. We settled on this LG unit because it is large and offered a lot of bang for the buck. 3 hours after it was installed and plugged in, it started acting up. First the door ajar warning started dinging randomly. Then the control panel went dark. I must say that Best Buy was on it like wet on water. At first they said it would be a week before a tech could be sent out. Then called back and said there would be a tech out the next day. When he arrived he troubleshot and found a connector in the door was not making a good electrical connection. He fixed it and was on his way in 20 minutes. Operation has been flawless since then. Several days now. This is a great fridge and I cannot say enough positive about Best Buy products and support. The best!

Love the Black Stainless finish. The fridge is very quiet despite what others have reviewed. Ice maker has been great with the choice from smaller cubes to crushed ice. Water filter is easy to access and the water tastes great! The left door will slam if you let it, so you kind of guide it to close, the right door closes normally. There is a ton of refrigerator space with nice big shelves for just about everything. The bottom wide glide and serve drawer and the right vegetable/fruit drawer does not fully open unless both refrigerator drawers are open. The left drawer will open fully with just the left refrigerator door opened. The bottom freezer is great With the double drawers, the top drawer is used for all of those quick and easy items, TV dinners, prepackaged burgers, fries, vegies ect. The bottom we use for larger items like steaks, roasts, chickens ect. WiFi worked great and easy to setup. We like this refrigerator more then we thought we would.

This fridge is very spacious!! Plenty of space and drawers, bright on inside and not as noisy as my old fridge. The only thing I am not pleased with is there is not a light on the outside door where the water and ice dispenser is located so makes it hard to see when filling up water during the night. Wish it had a light there!

This fridge is very spacious and versatile. Ice maker is a life saver and we love how quiet the fridge it!

Like the space since the ice maker is in the door, opens up the rest of the fridge. Like the deeper shelves in the door, can fit a gallon of milk. Was drawn to this product because of the double freezer. Wish LG had provided a light up double door with this product would have loved that with the 2 freezers. Time will tell if it lasts . This refrigerator replaced a Samsung we only had for 5 years because of ice maker and compressor problems. The whole refrigerator quit working. So hopefully the sales rep is right in that LG had cleaned up it's problems and lives up to its name

Refrigerator is nice looking. It keeps the food in the refrigerator and freezer at desired temperatures. The ice maker and cold water work well. It is quiet. Refrigerator and freezer sections are roomy. I like having the 2 separate freezer drawers.

I am loving this refrigerator! It has a lot of room for everything, and things are easy to find. I like that it has separate bins for vegetables and fruit. The retractable shelf is very handy for taller items. Having two freezer drawers makes it easy to see what is in there and keep thing organized. The ice and water dispenser in the door is large enough to fill tall glasses or pitchers. I'm able to fill the water tank on my Keurig right from the water dispenser without having to fill another container first. The guys did a great job of setting it up during the delivery process. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Had the LG Refridgerator for a month and could not be happier. A lot of room for storage and very quiet. Two bottom freezer drawers are great to alleviate the stress of only one large pullout on other models. Would recommend.

We love our LG refrigerator. It so much easier to locate our food products at a glance. Wonderful design. And the frozen food drawers are so convenient to use. Unfortunately just 2 months after our LG purchase our water and ice dispenser malfunctioned. It would have been acceptable if it simply stopped working. Unfortunately it shot water full blast and ice cubes from the dispenser non-stop onto our kitchen oak floor. In order to stop it we had to shut off the water feed to the refrigerator. Also had to disconnect the ice maker and remove the ice bin. Thank goodness we were at home when it occurred, otherwise it would have flooded our house. It was truly a nightmare. Best Buy was responsive and sent out their' team and they fixed the problem, They said it was a faulty sensor. We are happy now that it is fixed.

I love this refrigerator! It is amazing, perfect size for our family of 4 and room to spare for all the leftovers. Temp controls are great, drawers are super handy and the storage in the doors are unbeatable! Love it!

I don't really have too many issues with this refrigerator. It works and looks really good. My only complaint is that you have to open both doors to get in the deli drawer. That really is a minor complaint. It seems to have a lot of space. I also like that it has two freezer drawers. This keeps from piling thinks up in one big drawer.

Love this refrigerator! It is so easy to see what is in all the drawers. And the middle shelf that can be pushed back to allow for extra tall bottles is great. Love that flexibility. The door shelves are generously proportioned. The 2 drawer freezer allows for better arrangement of things i use daily vs occasionally. The ice/water system is great, and the ice drops into the bucket so quietly. Delivery and installation was seamless. So glad that i made this purchase. Thank you Best Buy!
