Great so far, but does ding quite early when not closed. Also the compartments to put items behind the ice maker are so small that we're not sure what will fit in them.

Huge refrigerator, incredible features, I loved it for approx. 18 months! Then the moas important feature quit...it stropped cooling, 6 weeks later after, multiple attempts to repair, waiting on parts etc, I was very lucky to get a full refund. It appears there has been a class action lawsuit, and LG has been selling faulty compressors for years. The good news is I got a complete refund, but I lost over $500 worth of food.

I ordered the LG French door refrigerator from Best Buy and everything went smoothly including on time delivery. The gentlemen who came out were very profesional and efficient. I love this refrigerator.

I was a little skeptical, based on reviews, but we needed a new fridge and all the features I wanted were only available on fridges with mixed reviews. I chose this one over Samsung because consumer reports rated it higher, it creates round craft ice cubes and the ice maker does not impede on fridge space like it does on other brands. We've now had the fridge for 3 weeks and I am very happy so far! Pros: * How the indoor ice maker uses space - minimal! * My husband loves the round ice cubes for his whiskey drinks and his buddies are quite jealous. It's true that it doesn't make a bunch of them like regular ice cubes but we have plenty despite using at least 2 per day. Bonus - they also perfectly fit through the mouth of a hydroflask 32 oz bottle. * I really like the flexibility of the flex drawer, right now i use if for cheeses, tortillas, meat/packaged meals that are better flat so you can see what you have. * I love the easy access door for milk and frequently used items. This fridge is HUGE. It is similar in size to my old side by side but everything is so much easier to see and access! * The freezer drawer is large enough for our needs (family of 4 with frozen pizza habit). * We have the black stainless as the rest of our appliances are black as we'll be swapping them out for black stainless as needed. I love that it's fingerprint resistant. Disclaimer - we do have another 'beer' fridge with a freezer that we still use. Mainly for beer, gatorade and some stuff that would certainly fit in the new fridge, I just don't want to clutter it :) More critical points: * While the shelves in the fridge are flexible, they don't seem to be intended for anything tall like a bottle of wine or a Costco size container of almost anything. We tend to buy condiments/jars that are a height were I needed to adjust at least one to accommodate those sizes and therefore have shelves above that side more suited to short stuff like yogurt containers. * There are sensors or something on the top of the fridge so I no longer store my wine rack on top of the fridge. Not a big deal and certainly makes it less cluttered looking, but noteworthy if you rely on that space to store things. It doesn't seem like you should have anything heavy up there!

So this was the first refrigerator that didn't come with our apartment or house. In our first home, it came with a refrigerator. The shelves were broken, and it was already abused from the sellers. We stayed with it as long as we could, but eventually we needed to buy. My wife complained about it until we bought new. We started saving, and in the mean time I started researching refrigerators. A buddy of mine had owned both Samsung and LG, and he'd told me while Samsung had fancy screens, LG was better at being a refrigerator. I researched them both, and at the time Samsung was cheaper. That said, LG felt like it had the quality we wanted. We talked about the features we cared about, and what we could stand to do without. We wanted the craft ice, adjustable shelves, door in door and convertible drawer. This was the cheaper freezer with craft ice we could find at the time. We've had our fridge for 2.33 years. We've never had a single issue with it, and it moved with us to a new house Almost two years ago. I will say we had ours professionally installed. Back then, Total Tech Support included free install and haul away. It costs a little extra, but I think professional install has helped ours work properly. And we got the credit card to put this purchase on it and got anout $350 back to buy a phone later that year.

We spent 2 hours at another retailer and had issues getting the order placed. I left there and went to Best Buy, they gave me a better price and I was out of there in 10 minutes with the order placed with a 2 day delivery. The delivery guys were quick and careful. The fridge works great and is spacious. The only drawback I have found with it is that the shelving is not adjustable to every notch on the rack support. This makes it difficult to put large containers of salad dressing on a shelf without basically losing a whole shelf. But other than that, very happy.

Its been about 3 weeks since this purchase. I am VERY pleased with this fridge so far. It replaced a side by side fridge. The food always fell OUT of the freezer on that one. This one is very generous in size, It holds plenty of food, I like to stock up on meats and frozen veggies. It is easy to use. Really do like the door in door feature for things like milk and cream for coffee. The full convert draw is also a nice feature, Currently using that as extra fridge space. Yogurts, cottage cheese, surprisingly it holds semi tall containers like sour cream size which is nice. The ice machine is nice as well, No issues w/ it freezing up or jamming w/ ice cubes so far. We use this many times a day. The craft ice is pretty, but we do not have a use for that. It is easily turned off by a push switch right above the ice tray inside the freezer. I like that it does beep if you leave the door open. Especially with the kids, though they are adult kids. LOL We are still rearranging the items around to best fit our food items. But, I am very pleased with this and would highly recommend it. Also, the delivery of the two men were Excellent. Quick, efficient and very professional. They had to take the draws off to fit through our front door and did that with out any issues or damage to the fridge or my home!!!! My husband connected the water to the fridge with no issues as well. Not to mention, I think this fridge is very PRETTY as well.

So far love it! Has so much room, crisper drawers are sturdy & absolutely love the extra drawer, it feels so much easier & better organized. The door in door is lovely but does not stay as cold as rest of refrigerator but so far has not been a problem since its cold enough & we use it for things we use up fastest. Love 3 kinds of ice especially the craft ice. Hopefully it stays like it is!

So pleased with this fridge. It has excellent features; looks beautiful. The exterior 4th drawer is a great design; super convenient. Door-in-door - how did we live without? Love the ease of clean-up with the no fingerprint feature. Craft ice is a nice bonus. Beware, it is a huge appliance, make sure to measure before purchasing.

Overall I love the size of this fridge, the door in door concept and most of the features. What they don't tell you is the highball ice (that's the round balls that spit out into the freezer) only make 3 every 24 hours! THREE! That is so stupid. Had I known I probably would have went with a different brand. But, it's too late now. And overall I still like my fridge.

I had one similar that I loved and I was very upset when it began to give me problems, but this one is even better. This model has an outside draw where before it was inside the refrigerator. Also it has craft ice (in the form of balls). Great for cocktails and other drinks to keep cold while in the pool or outside on a hot summer day, Plenty of room inside the refrigerator and freezer. I don't know how it could get any better.

This fridge is huge in terms of storage - CAVERNOUS. We kept our old fridge and put it in the garage but it sits empty because this thing holds so much. I would recommend getting some fridge organizing containers from Amazon simply because it has so much open space, it’s hard to figure out where to place things and remember where you put them. Other positives: craft ice is awesome, it looks great, the ice maker design is slim and leaves a ton of space, 2 freezer compartments keeps things organized, center drawer can be flexed as a fridge or a freezer. It is a GREAT fridge.

After a considerable amount of research, I chose this unit for the features it offered. I like having two different styles of ice. The door in door is also a great feature.

The refrigerator has been fantastic. Has many nice features and a lot of space for food. The only complaint I have is that the fruits and vegetable drawers are too high making adjustment of the shelves almost impossible. Unless you have short containers, you have to take out one of the shelving units to fit anything high on the shelves. Other than that, this refrigerator is amazing. Would have been a 5 star review if there was better shelving adjustment.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. I used to live in Miami and when I moved I had to leave it behind and it broke my heart. When I saw they still had it in stock when I bought my new house I raced out and bought this one again. It is roomy it is beautiful and the door and door feature is unbelievably useful. It's also the only refrigerator I've ever owned that didn't require constant service.

Beautiful large capacity fridge. Love the drink access door, and the additional freezer/fridge drawer. The designer ice is very cool.
