Large freezer and the programmable drawer is nice. Refrigerator inside is not as convenient with deep drawers that can get cluttered easily and no special place for meat unless you don’t use the middle drawer as a freezer. Ice maker has a hard time keeping up if there are a lot of users. The craft ice is ok, but another regular ice maker in the freezer would work better for us.

It’s been 12 years since we upgraded our refrigerator. We decided to go with this model mainly because of the interior size. We were blown away by how much space exists in this refrigerator and freezer combination. We were worried as we previously had two fridges inside, the second for overflow. We no longer have that issue and use the second as a drink fridge. The full conversion drawer has worked very well for us and a huge selling point. We use it as a deli drawer for now. The ice machine is tiny so keep that in mind if you entertain. The craft ice is a huge plus as as I’m a bourbon connoisseur. There was a recent update to the app which now allows you to make six craft ice balls in 24 hours. Previously the maximum was three. The only difference is the clarity of the ice lessons when you select six. Overall we are very pleased with the fridge.

By far the best refrigerator ive ever owned. It's spacious, comoartamental, and the tech integrated into this fridge is amazing and the settings are awesome. The round ice cubes are a cool little plus!

Great Fridge! With glass door, ice maker, and craft ice!!! Also a lot of room. in fridge and freezer. Very pleased with my purchase!!!

So we've now had this a while. Short review...this is exactly what my family wanted. We open the big freezer drawer maybe 1x a day or 1x every couple days. But the small convertable drawer is where we store ice cream and things we use every day. Its a 'soft freeze' and this is exactly how we like our ice cream. The artisan ice cubes last about 20 mins in my drink but they don't 'water it down' like chips or cubes do. I don't open the app much but its where you can see a lot of information. The app has your filter levels (water and air), the temps, and your energy saving settings. This has been worth every penny and the fridge I'd been looking for for probably 2 years.

Only had the fridge a month but so far it’s what we were hoping for. This thing is huge. The middle draw being convertible temperature wise is fantastic and can easily hold several cases of soda cans standing up. The craft ice is super cool too.

Call a wonderful, awesome refrigerator. It’s very large and hard to get into the doors but the delivery crew were awesome and we were able to take it apart and get it ready to the kitchen. We are happy with this refrigerator. like the door-in-door, ice maker and water works good, lots of room in the inside. Print proof exterior is great!

The product is pretty good. There is a lot of space to organize items inside. There is a bad part, which is the round ice maker. It needs to be improved.

We love this refrigerator! The conversion drawer is very accommodating and we’ve gotten a lot of compliments on the sleek exterior design. It’s convenient being able to quickly access essentials in the tempered glass door and the craft ice has been a pleasant bonus that we didn’t know we needed.

This fridge looks premium, and I'm sure it acts premium after a week or so. But I've not had this thing for a week. Our old fridge had a setting above the water dispenser, and it told you the actual temparature. This fridge is at least twice as expensive as our last fridge - but the numbers above the fridge tell you the set temparature (NOT the actual temperature). This seems a bit odd to me. The wifi, for whatever reason, wasn't even available for me to connect to my phone for a couple of hours. I would have thought it was my phone, except that the fridge did have a wifi it was sending out (just not the one you need to pair it with the LG app). It seems to me that if you have a "smart" anything, plug and play should be the norm (not "give it a few hours to warm up and then try to use it"). Lastly, speaking of "smart" and "plug and play" - if you think you will need ice within 48 hours of owning this thing buy a bag at the store (or buy a different fridge). That's right, this thing can't be expected to produce ice for two days after being plugged in. I'm 48 hours into ownership, but the "you won't have ice for a while" was not part of the plan. AND, speaking of ice, LG wants you to set the freezer to -4 if you want optimal ice production. This wouldn't be an issue if the previous fridge we owned did just fine, with more reasonable production set at 0). The previous ice maker was a fantastic ice machine. This one seems dubious, especially since it tells you that if it's not making enough ice you may actually need a different fridge (seriously, it's on the in-door ice maker). I haven't used the ice balls yet, but I'm sure they will be nice. In the end, I'm sure this thing will be great. But for the price, it is not what I expected.

Very spacious. Love the extra draw and the third door.refrigerator is very deep so hard to reach the back. I got refrigerator organizers. Have one for jellies and one for condiments. I’ve the two ice makers.

A lot of space for everything. Ice machine doesn’t take away room in freezer. Ice machine also makes large round cubes separately.

We just got the refrigerator abd it works great. It also makes these balls of ice and my kids love to play with it

Fridge has been great so far. Pros: even cooling and beautiful design with insta view. Cons: very expensive and still would need to purchase extended warranty on top of the high price.
