Best appliance purchase by far. The middle drawer (can switch from freezer to refrigerated) is amazing for often quick grab items like deli meats/cheese, yogurts, fuit, cold snacks. The instaview door is convenient for drinks and go-to condiments like ketchup/mayo. The bottom freezer is surprisingly spacious, with a drawer as well. Craft ice is a nice classy touch. Family LOVES it.

I love the design, quality and size of this fridge and especially the ice craft maker.

Delighted with the fridge, plenty of room and the extra door is such a good idea. If only my other half would get over tapping the glass to light it up!

Fabulous Refrigerator, not only is it beautiful the roominess inside , the craft ice , water dispenser all a dream. Craft ice will stop when full then replenish as used oh I forgot to mention the delivery guys ! They were lights out. Got this huge unit in pristine Thx Best Buy and LG

I am loving my LG refrigerator! I ordered it, received less then a week later, installers did a fabulous job installing, my Kraft ice balls are perfect & the space is just the right fit for my family! It’s not noisy, BUT finger print resistance...........NOT! I was torn between the Samsung Hub for all the little gadgets but I’m glad I chose the LG.

The GOOD: 1. The sales rep was absolutely Awesome. We love the fridge and the Kraft ice maker is a sweet bonus. The BAD: I called to ask for a Tec to come and adjust the crooked right door. I ended up speaking with a female who was in Asia and she was very difficult to understand. It took awhile but she said she is making arrangements to have it replaced. I was shocked and told her it just needs adjustment. She said “best to replace”. Got all my info, I think, and said I would get new soon. That was about 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard from anyone else. So, what’s up????

Long wait for the one we wanted and we are very happy. Door ice maker could maintain a colder temperature as the ice binds if you don’t check the bin bi-weekly but that minor issue is overcome by the craft ice maker which is performing well, shelves could adjust a little bit more but still there is acres of space

I love this refrigerator the space and function have worked wonderful for my family. I love the light up feature without opening the door. I wish the other door lit up as well so I had full view.

We originally purchase this model in SS but the fridge would fluctuate in temperature, decided to return this model for another, BB didn't the SS available so we went with BS. Delivery and install were great just keep in mind if you want BB to move the old fridge to the garage this will cost you extra nowhere was this mention when we purchased the fridge online, they moved it to our garage without charging us :-) We really didn't care about the instaview window but didn't have a choice as selections were low.

Plenty of room for Costco runs and the door in door feature is a lot more useful than expected.

I love this fridge craft ice storage user ability cant sat enough posite things about this one its been almost 1 year since i bought it love love love it!

So far, I love this fridge. Cooling is very good. Ice maker working good Craft ice in not as clear as the manufacturer claims. Will see if it improves and the craft ice gets clear Overall I think this is an excellent fridge and would recommend to friends and family

Has lots of room to store stuff. Extra door on front works out great.

We’re lovin this refrig. The craft ice whoa! Child’s lock on the outside #1. The ice is large! The crushed ice nice too. The outer door w/window genius lets us not open the entire door for items we use frequently. Highly recommend!

This refrigerator has all of the bells and whistles expected of a premium fridge. We love the specialty ice and the knock-knock window. Lots of space in the big boy. Large families will definitely appreciate this.

This LG is forward thinking the shelves make it possible to have short and tall items the knock knock the door let you get your milk and butter within seconds. On a scale of 1 to 10 this refrigerator definitely is a 10

WONDERFUL refrigerator with a few awesome features! SO, WHY ONLY 4 stars! Because the "CRAFT ICE MAKER," is a waste of important freezer space and even worse! Worse? To accommodate the ice maker, the otherwise very useful freezer shelf/drawer has a LARGE CUTOUT in the back. IF you try to store anything in that space, you WILL be removing the freezer drawer and bending way over to retrieve food that has fallen through the opening. The "Craft Ice" maker is an appealing sounding GIMMICK that MIGHT be useful to people who entertain FREQUENTLY and are willing to WAIT DAYS to save up the round ice balls. The maker creates roughly one ice ball per DAY. For THAT you give up approximately 1/4 of the space in the otherwise very useful internal freezer drawer. I recently contacted LG to REMOVE the Craft Ice maker but was just told that such action would SCREW UP the fridge's brain and disable the keypad! At this time, I have NO idea what keypad.

I just received my new refrigerator yesterday so far i love that i have two different size of ice to use as well to see into the refrigerator from the door .the full convert drawer i like that you use it anyway you want but i think the fruit and vegetables drawer could be made smaller over all I'm happy

After a ton of research and careful analysis of the features and technology in this unit, I purchased this LG model. Absolute nightmare! This unit never worked properly since being delivered into my home. It makes a horrendous, grating noise that belongs at an airport. I've called LG numerous times, and anyone that is part of their executive or "inner management" team is callous, inconsiderate, and literally does not give a single fudge about your concerns or your food waste after having spent 4000 on their fridge. Furthermore, every time you call, they give different information about what your options are. Donna from the executive team is the absolute worst, btw. My fridge does not cool and has multiple error codes. The first representative told me unplug it and plug it back in. Naturally, that didn't solve the bigger issue. Now after having multiple repairmen in and out of my home during COVID, I've been told my brand new fridge is leaking freon (so the internal temperature is constantly rising), needs a new compressor, new evaporators, and a new seal system, and other technical things I don't quite understand--all this after two other repairs including a new fan. The fan motor is not working because it is frozen with ice because the fridge is not releasing warm air to prevent the ice build up. I've literally spent hours on the phone pleading for a replacement unit because clearly I got a defective model. But instead, I'm being told to let the repair company come in and rebuild the fridge that LG themselves couldn't build properly in the first place. This unit should have never made it past inspection, quality control, quality assurance or whatever department is responsible. Management will not reach out to you, and they (apart from the lovely representatives in the Phillipines) genuinely don't care about you or your family's health, well-being, or safety. Life's good, but LG sucks!
