    I bought this refrigerator looking for a large ice maker, the ice maker makes ice very slow less than 1/2 of the tray in 24 hrs Also the water dispenser does no cool

    I bought a brand new LG refrigerator from Best Buy. It has a really nice look to it with French doors a clear panel on one of the doors for beverages and a craft icemaker in the bottom freezer. Within the first year, we had an error code on the refrigerator, the icemaker from the French door was leaking water onto our kitchen floor, and the icemaker in the freezer in the bottom was no longer functional. LG had to send multiple technicians to the house and I spent many hours on the phone with LG trying to get the issues resolved. Ultimately LG service was poor and they did not compensate me for all the lost time that I spent on the phone with them in troubleshooting there Defective product. I’m very disappointed in my service and not pleased with the quality of the product that I received from LG.

    Production good but installation team damaged old refrigerator when moving it the garage. Filed claim over a month ago and have heard from no one. Finally had to sell old refrigerator at reduced price to get it out the garage.

    freezer has gone out multiple times within a year and called to get repaired. However, geeksquad pushed my repair out to LG with now i have to go out a fridge for a week and had to throw out my food. Soooo not really a reliable product.

    Refrigerator is awesome. My only disappointment is with right side door alignment. I had them do an exchange and the delivery person fixed the alignment with shims. I expressed my concerns but still haven't heard anything back on it.

    Really noisy and the craft ice maker just broke, not even 6 months in. LG support was so difficult to communicate with and finally said they would ship me a replacement ice maker part and that I would have to replace it myself.

    Worst product ever. Broke after less than 2 years. LG attempted to fix it seven times over 3 months before finally deciding it was unfixable. They were finally supposed to issue a replacement, then a credit. I've been waiting for a month and still nothing. They are "looking into it", and keeping bouncing me around to different departments. WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. BEST BUY SHOULD NOT BE SELLING IT.

    Great looking reefrigerator. Have had a compressor replaced once and the sphere ice cube maker replaced three times.

    Has a lot of small spaces in the fridge. Can’t fit too many tall items like water bottles
