    issue with brand new refrigerator

    I've only had this refrigerator 6 weeks and there is an issue with the freezer. I called LG and they confirmed it with the codes. They do not even have a technician in my area. I am in a very populated area. I have to wait 3-5 days for someone to even call me back.

    Less than 2 years old and not working

    Purchased June 27, 2023, and it no longer produces ice, freezes or stay cool. Really frustrated. We've been without for 3 weeks now, and had to throw away lots of food. They've been out to service about 4 times now, with no success. I'm hoping geek squad will step in and help out. This fridge is less than 2 years old.

      It sounds like you’ve already had service technicians visit but are still experiencing issues with ice production and cooling. One helpful troubleshooting step is to verify that the freezer temperature is set correctly—ideally between 0°F and 5°F. If the freezer temperature is above this range, the ice maker will not cycle properly and the refrigerator compartment can struggle to stay cool. To adjust the temperature, press the Freezer button on your display panel and set it to 0°F. Give the unit 24 hours to stabilize after any setting change. If you haven’t already, please also check that the ice maker is turned on (the switch inside the ice bin should be in the “On” position) and that the water supply valve behind the refrigerator is fully open. Sometimes a partially closed valve or a kink in the water line can prevent adequate water flow to the ice maker.

    My Refrigerator haven’t stopped working since of the day one I received it and the size of the refrigerator wrong the they replaced it with the new 29” the one tech damage was 37” I’m not happy at all now I got the small refrigerator???

    HORRIBLE I bought this Sept 2022 and my ice maker stopped working and is leaking water on my hardwood floors yes I have a bucket and plastic mat to protect the floor I've had it repaired and within hours it shut off the icemaker and it's back to leaking again Best Buy ordered a part for this and it will be a week before repair tech can stop by to repair this...Also now my fridge is $1000.00 less than what I purchased it for!!!!!

    I maker is horrible. It keeps defrosting and refreezing it leaks water onto floor. After a year Samsung eventually refunded our $ at a depreciated rate. Not buying a fridge where ice maker does not live in the freezer part again.

    No ice. Bad installation from best buy crew.

    Betst buy installation crew didn't tighten the water line hose all the way. Dripping when i checked. Ice machines haven't produced ice ,going on 48 hours latter. Fixed water line leaks and reset machine. Will be calling for service if still no ice in the next 48hrs. My wife was the only one home and tipped them not knowing. Lucky i checked the connection. Also broke the turn valve off/on water that was installed new 4 years ago.

    Worst refrigerator yet. Nothing but problems started right at 13 months. Almost like there is a out of warranty switch they turned on to cause trouble. Good fridge horrible in door ice maker . Zero warranty service 4K purchase and then need an $800 service contract. Just buy a regular fridge and when it fails get a new one it will be cheaper in the long run. Trust me

    Worst experience ever. Best buy had me schedule my delivery at least 10 times and they never delivered the item after 3 months. I had to cancel it. They also did not reimburse me for the full amount. A nightmare situation. Will never buy from them again.
