Delivered on time and with great care. It took them about 30 min and another 10 to 15 min giving us instructions on how to use the product. We love this fridge, but it did take a bit longer than expected to make the ice...almost 2 days before we got enough ice to fill any glass full. The que balls (what I call the huge round ice balls) are a cool feature and we all fight to get them. The depth of the fridge is the selling feature for us

New LG Refrigerator is working great, really like the one drawer that can be a refrigerator or a freezer. Lots of space and also like the big and small ball cubes. Having two ice makers is really nice.

This particular LG refrigerator is why we went with ALL LG appliances.... i certainly hope that was a good decision. This LG refrigerator was one of only two brands that make CRAFT ICE, which is the ice BALL. It does very well at the balls as well as regular cube and crushed ice. The cool section of unit is a nice roomy size. Im a little concerned that freezer section is a bit small, especially since 1/3 of one drawer houses the BALL ice maker and tray.

So far we are really liking this refrigerator. We’ve only had it about a month. It large enough and we have six people in our house. The double ice maker with regular ice and the craft ice is good. For the high price it should be great. Now hopefully it last 12-15 years.

This is my second LG frig as my first one, we purchased in May 2020. Two plus years later the compressor went out and LG had a technician come out to replace the compressor and we think he didn't do it right so we ended up having to replace the whole frig. I took a chance because A) I love storage this frig has and B) my husband and son's love the craft ice. So, i am hoping we can enjoy this frig again but for many more years.

So far so good! The storage capacity is amazing. It runs quiet. The craft ice is fun!

We bought this LG after going through the pains of ice-maker issues with Samsung. It's been only 3 months, but so far all i could say is Wow! Great size for our family and plenty of room for everything...The fact that it comes with dual ice-maker is a plus, and so far we haven't had any issues with the ice-maker as our other refrigerator. Only time will tell about reliability, but i always buy the Geeksquad protection plans to have peace of mind.

This LG refrigerator is a dream compared to Samsung. So much better quality. More quality room, two ice compartments along with craft ice, and vey quiet! More money but SO worth it! We had 3 repairs in 2 years on Samsung and the last time it was not repairable!

This refrigerator has great space the size is huge. Love the fully changeable drawer from cool to frozen. The craft ice is also great.

What I love: Great size with very usable inside space. The flex drawer is great for deli and cheese as well as lunch size leftover containers. I like the dual ice feature The in door water is a good size, easy to get water bottles and even some pitchers in there. What I wish was better: The measured water feature seems cool at first, but you have to hold your glass against the paddle the whole time and if you accidently let up because you are readjusting or something it clears the measure. I wish it produced more of the craft ice. It only produces a max of 6 every 24 hours. That's enough for a one or two person household but not for a larger family who wants to use them in their water bottles. Really thou, we like this fridge a lot and would strongly recommend. Just wish those minor things were a little bit better.

The refrigerator is working really great, one thing more important for me it doesn’t make noise, working very smooth. I am very happy with this refrigerator.

The refrigerator seems to be working as advertised. We particularly like the fourth drawer capabilities and the nice cube capacities. We especially liked the low price and the very very professional home delivery we received.

We really like most everything about this fridge but the icemaker. We have adults and 2 to 5 kids in the house and the icemaker cant keep up even with the accelerated ice function. The container to hold the ice is quite small which is the major reason why. We do like the convertible drawer and use it for meat and cheese storage as we already have a standup freezer. Best Buy cuetomer service has been great thus far. The first refrigerator we got had an odd taste to the water deapite flushing the system out. I contacted Best Buy and within 3 days they had a replacement out to us. On top of that, their communication during delivery was outstanding. I'd previously ordered a fridge from Lowes and they cancelled my order the day of delivery. Im sticking with BB from now on.

So pleased with this fridge. It has excellent features; looks beautiful. The exterior 4th drawer is a great design; super convenient. Door-in-door - how did we live without? Love the ease of clean-up with the no fingerprint feature. Craft ice is a nice bonus. Beware, it is a huge appliance, make sure to measure before purchasing.

I LOVE THIS FRIDGE!!. I can’t give it 5 stars because we have only had it for 6 weeks or so. It’s very quiet and so roomie. I love everything about it so far. We had similar style made by Samsung it was Trash. I’m hoping this LG continues to make us happy. I also love buying from Best Buy, so easy and no hassles.

This refrigerator is great. There is room for everything, and it is all easy to find inside. The craft ice is super slow to create but since there is cubed and crushed ice on demand in the door it really doesn't matter to us. The outside is easy to keep clean with a microfiber cloth. Fingerprints wipe right off. The door-in-door is convenient for small, frequently accessed things. The Full-Convert drawer is very handy. We have used it for deli items, bakery purchases and large pizza leftover boxes. We have not run it as a freezer yet as the large freezer drawer takes care of our freezer needs. The refrigerator runs very quietly and all we hear is the occasional sound of ice dropping into the bin. We haven't used the "smart" features so I cannot comment on that particular aspect of this appliance. Professional delivery and installation should be considered as this is a big appliance. Make sure that it will fit into the space you have provided for it. The refrigerator doors and drawers can be removed if needed at delivery, in order to fit the refrigerator through doorways. However, this task would be better left to the professionals. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the LG - 29.5 Cu. The ice maker in the door stopped working. Then the freezer stopped cooling. After several silly calls to LG “try shutting to door harder” I finally made a call for service. They replaced the condenser max left all the broken pieces and boxes for me to dispose of. I was hopeful the freezer seemed cold. Then I noticed a pool of water in the craft ice collection tray. Seems the ice tray is not flipping up and the water is pouring directly into the collecting tray. Still no door ice. Now my ice cream is getting soft again. I splurged I. This fancy fridge and unfortunately didn’t keep my other one. I’ve had this one for four months and have already thrown out hundreds of dollars worth of food.
