We have really enjoyed this refrigerator. We find it reliable so far. Love having the ice maker below. It would just be nice if the ice would always fall into the container though.

It's ok. I like having the water on the door and the ice in the freezer. However I dislike that the top drawer in the freezer keeps opening when the freezer is open. It's annoying when you want something out of the bottom. The right fridge door doesn't stay open either (might be able to be adjusted?). It seems cheaply made compared to the original Samsung one we got first. (Hated the pitcher water and came with a dent) This one ALSO had a dent and customer service was insane!! This will be our last big purchase with Best Buy because of the horrible service. I love the ice size with this one and how quickly it fills up. That said it is very loud when dropping ice and filling the water. The water is a little arggessive lol and is at a bit of an angel ? I also wish the temp display said what it was inside not just what you set it to. Surprisingly this fridge costs more than the Samsung but has a lot less features and not as sturdy feeling. The drawers are a little weird and the door storage can't be moved very much but overall it works for what we need/want.

fridge went out and I decided it was time to pull the trigger on a brand new one and I'm glad I did, this thing is incredibly spacious, I wish the ice dispenser was in the door but it does have an ice maker in the freezer. this does NOT come with a water line so I had to run to lowes and grab one

So far so good. I will try and update this review after a year of use. I really like the size and it’s much quieter than the Samsung that it replaced. The ice maker produces plenty of ice for our family.

It is everything i needed in a refrigerator. Just enough storage and love the bottom freezer.

This fridge has so much space! Not having the ice maker in the fridge door is a difference-maker! The freezer is surprisingly deep and spacious given that the ice box is stored there too.

We love this fridge! I was very hesistant about stainless steel (not my favorite due to fingerprints) but this "fingerprint-less" exterior seems to do the trick. A few smudges here and there but not like "regular" stainless steel. The doors open smoothly, the shelves on the inside are easy to rearrange. I like just having water on the outside, and really love the little nightlight that is on it. I give it a 4-star rather than 5-star only because there's something about the freezer that I don't love. My old fridge had a couple of small compartments in the door where you could put frozen pizzas, etc, or small items. Maybe I'm missing that. But, all in all, I would highly recommend!

This fridge slaps - tons of space, works great and the Best Buy total tech team has been awesome to work with. They contract out delivery and install and those workers have been awesome! If I have to buy appliances again I will definitely use Best Buy!

I love the sleek and clean design of this LG refrigerator. It makes setup for groceries really nice and makes it very easy for even kids to access things in the back of the refrigerator. My only qualm is the bottom drawers run the entire width of the fridge. Which means in order to access them I have to open both doors of the refrigerator. That is sort of annoying and does make that area harder to organize. Other than that it’s a very nice refrigerator. The bottom freezer is also divided into two portions and then two drawers making it nice and open for organizing and cleanup.

This was a major upgrade from our last refrigerator. This fridge has more room than we know what to do with now. Also, the design is very minimalistic and clean, so it definitely looks modern.

The fridge was exactly what we needed size wise. We like that it has filtered water on the outside and an ice maker in the freezer. Delivery went well as did the removal of the old fridge.

We are just a couple of months into this fridge after a long wait for delivery, but it's QUIET and SPACIOUS. Ice capacity is great. Did I say it's QUIET. The model has a track record of compressor issues so fingers are crossed, but so far, so good!

We love, love, love our new LG refrigerator!! We especially like the ice being back in the freezer instead of through the door. We always have a large bin full of ice readily available in case we want to fill an ice bag or a cooler. This is our 2nd LG appliance and we love them both. We also have the combination washer/dryer laundry center and it is wonderful and has been unbelievably dependable through some very heavy use for the over a year that we've had it. We also love the outstanding sales and installation service we get from Best Buy.

This refrigerator is very spacious and looks fantastic in my kitchen. The french doors is very easy to open and I love all the racks in the doors to hold many tall items.

I will never own a side by side refrigerator again. I love the spaciousness of this French door refrigerator. Easy to find things. Nice ice cubes in the freezer section and water dispenser works great for different size glasses and bottles.

Great value for the dollar! Perfect size, perfect price. Love opening the doors and seeing all of the room. Lots of excellent compartments. Best ever freezer with cool compartments and space. Water dispenser works perfect also. Highly recommend!

We love this fridge! The freezer on the bottom hearkens to the 50's and makes much better sense as you're not exposing it when you open the fridge doors. And, we all know we go into the fridge more than the freezer. Contrary to some reviews: You don't have to close the left door first, you can close either side first. Also, the icemaker is only noisy the first few dumps, then you don't really hear it - unless you're one of those who pays way too much attention to those things. Love the water dispenser (which is filered, as is the icemaker); there is no tray to gunk up. Also, the doors and drawer stay open and it will alert you if you leave them open. The shelves have a coating, so you dont feel like you're grinding glass when you're sliding a ceramic bowl into it. Believe me, you will love this refrigerator!

I’ve had the fridge for about a month now and so far, I love it. There is some splashing from the water dispenser in the door, but I think it’s because the water pressure is a bit strong. It doesn’t always happen, and it’s not much, so not really a problem. What I like best is all the space, but I also like that there’s no condensation or air flow issues. All the surfaces are easy to clean. Keeping milk containers in and drippy things in the door helps cut down on mess too. There’s always plenty of ice. No clumping. So far so good. My favorite refrigerator yet. Looks nice too.
