Overall great but has a few issues. The water filter took forever to get right. You can’t pull the droors out unless both doors are open. The craft ice is great. One of the only bad things is that the glass is a fingerprint magnet but that is expected. The way the doors are designed it has to stick out further than our previous refrigerator but it’s not a deal breaker.

This fridge is amazing, if you are thinking about buying it do it!

Very user friendly. All ice makers producing as promised. Delivery was well done. Checking on one small issue regarding the left refrigerator door - need to hold the door while closing so it doesn't slam shut. The right door doesn't have the same problem.

Great features. Craft ice is a plus. Has a little more room than standard counter depth. A little pricey for a counter depth.

Great refrigerator!! I love all the different ways you can get ice. Love the separate door for milk and other item. Don’t have to open the whole fridge.

Love the 3x ice. Great space for a counter depth fridge. Good smart app. Not so good: French doors were badly misaligned. Tools and parts that came with it weren’t enough to align it. Took the delivery guys 5 washers to align the doors. Shelf glass shattered on arrival, lg did send a replacement though

Works great with lots of room. Easy access and great ice and water system

This fridge has more than what we were looking for, but we are finding uses for all its features. I even hooked it up to my LG app and can change the settings and put on Ultra ice. The craft ice is a great feature and the easy access door for milk and soda is used a lot

this fridge has alot of great features, very easy to organize, and is very beautiful. its a bit expensive but so far its been worth the money. lots of shelves and draws for a neat experience.

It does not not make enough ice, even tho, it has three ice makers… My kids love the mini ice! Also the mirror get dirty by looking at it, and we love to look at our selfs LOL… I have to clean it daily, more than once… I love the fact that I can open the little door to take some things really easy… It has nice storage space.
