    We bought this refrigerator and a microwave 2 years back in October 2023. Refrigerator had a leakage issue in July 2025, had to replace a part(and microwave stopped heating in October 2025!) The quality of LG appliances is really very very disappointing.

One helpful step you can try is checking that the refrigerator is level and that the drain pan and water lines are securely connected, as misalignment or loose fittings can sometimes cause leaks. For your microwave, performing a hard reset by unplugging it for 5 minutes and plugging it back in can help restore heating if the safety interlock or control board needs to reset.
