Love the ice maker the best!!!! Overall the design and capacity are excellent!

I love this refrigerator! The space is good, it looks really nice (love the fact it has no handled sticking out), the variety of ice cubes is a bonus, and the connectivity is so convenient! I recommend this refrigerator to anyone who is looking for a sleek, beautiful refrigerator with up to the minute options!

So glad we purchased for our family of 5. This fridge and freezer have more room than our last fridge by another brand. Love the craft ice! It will take a few days after set up to get the ice production where you want it. Love the annoying beep to remind you to make a decision and the close the door. Ha! Ours has no handles to give us more walking room and took several days for the family to adjust. Now, no big deal. Loving the new fridge! Glad we finally made the purchase!

Needed a new refrigerator and this model was fated high. It fit our built in opening perfectly. We like the choice of ice cubes - especially the golf-ball sized round ones. The capacity seems huge - substantially bigger than our old one with the same size footprint. Not sure what I’ll really use it for but I have it hooked up to the internet with the LG app on my iPhone. So far happy with it.

Looks great and performs well. Love the craft ice feature. There are no handles which looks great. However, the only indentations for your hands to pull open the door are on the top ledge of the door. I'm wishing there was also one on the front either by the water dispenser or on the inside door seem.

Luv the fridge. Larger than our standard it replaces. Didn’t need three but we’ll never run out of ice. Lights up when you walk by. Great at night. Brightness of a nightlife. Chilled very quickly. No handles in the way.

This counter depth refrigerator is great for our small kitchen. It holds a surprisingly large amount of food and drinks. It is also very quiet. We like the sleek look without the door handles. Also, it is very easy to clean with a microfiber cloth.

Literally no complaints. Upgraded when my 5-yr old Samsung fridge broke for the 3rd time. Of utmost importance to me was reliability and proper dimensions. The UV sanitation light and craft ice were just bonuses and my kids and guests love it. I was a little hesitant about the "smart" fridge connecting to an app, (more things to break) BUT have been pleasantly surprised. I especially like that it tells me the current temperature. I'm still recovering from the trauma of my previous fridge dying so many times so it's likely that I think about the temperature of my fridge more than the average person. Anyhow, it cools very well and is thoughtfully designed.

Absolutely love this fridge! Tons of space for a counter-depth model (comparable to a regular depth one). We also love the four types of ice (especially the Craft Ice) are a game changer. It looks sleek, stays fingerprint-free, and the smart features are a nice bonus. Perfect for families or anyone who entertains often. Bonus points for its lack of handles since my toddlers can’t get in it very easily!

So far, we are really enjoying the refrigerator. I enjoy ice in my drinks, and I do get 4 options. My favorite being the round ice balls to go with a nice pour of bourbon. There is plenty of space inside for our family of 4. The door shelves hold milk and other larger items including all of our condiments. The in the door ice maker does not take up a bunch of space inside the refrigerator like our last one did. Having 3 drawers inside is a great addition. 2 for produce and we use the bottom full width drawer for cheeses, butter, cream cheese, sour cream and all other dairy products. There is just the right amount of freezer space as well. Interior space is easy to adjust to the way you want to store everything you enjoy. The outside is very nice and fits nicely in our space. The only thing that took a while to get used to is no handles. But now that we are used to it, I wouldn't want another refrigerator in the future with handles. The app is very good. Keeps track of how old the ice is, when the door is open to long and allows you to make easy selections on setting without pushing a combination on the buttons available inside the refrigerator. So happy we purchased this fridge. The fridge is basic but still very nice and luxurious looking. The fancy ice maker is great also! We have enjoyed having a new fridge that is updated. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. We were in the store for a total of 30 mins, it was the quickest purchase by far. The delivery and installation was easy and smooth. I have purchased appliances from Best Buy once before and they do not disappoint. Can’t wait to upgrade the rest of the kitchen!

I am really enjoying the fridge we purchased. It is big and can hold everything we need, I love the additional trays in the freezer. My husband enjoys the specialty ice, he uses it for everything and we just learned how to have the fridge make additional ice for parties. Things I do not love: One of the doors does not stay open, so when I am trying to put something larger in i need some help and there is no ice scoop included for the ice in the freezer.

Love this LG refrigerator so far. Blends perfectly with my other appliances & kitchen decor & colors. Has multiple compartments in freezer which allows for more storage of frozen products. The 4 kinds ice production is an added bonus for us!

We love this refrigerator! Plenty of ice and no leaking water/ice dispenser; this is why we picked this model over others. Exterior looks fantastic; freezer noise is sometimes slightly loud depending on the loading.

We are so pleased with this refrigerator! It is roomy and well designed! The 4 types of ice are a great idea and we are really enjoying this feature ! It is so easy to change the filter, too ! This is a very nice refrigerator with a solid design !

So far, we are happy with this refrigerator. We replaced an LG/Kenmore French door with this one. I like the new enhancements: four kinds of ice, larger size. I see the new counter depth design seems to put more room in larger doors, but then the doors need more clearance to open and close, which means the unit sits forward a bit. Makes me wonder if I really needed counter depth. Anyway, the space inside is really nice. It looks larger than counter depth to me. Hopefully, everything continues to function nicely. We got 12 years out of the previous model with a compressor replacement halfway. Hope that situation has improved. Craft ice is a really nice feature for drinks. Also, the family loves the mini ice cubes, which keep drinks extra cold. I also like that the surface includes more magnetic space to hang pictures, etc.

Once we exchanged the defective refrigerator for a new one we love the refrigerator. Love the 3 types of ice cubes and has plenty of storage. Best Buy customer service was beyond excellent. Thank you Oscar for listening to us & taking care of us.

Very spacious and reliable. Produces good quantity of round and small ice cubes. Keeps the food fresh for long period of time and is easy to maintain.
