The installer was outstanding he did a great job with the installation.

This is my 2nd LG refrigerator and it is the upgraded model of my last one. The snack window is like having a mini 7/11 in your kitchen! It is a little smaller in capacity, so good for 1-3 people, maybe not for a larger family.

The delivery people were on time exceptionally clean and thoughtful and set up was done in less than 10 minutes. This is how I like to do business..

Very nice. The two vegetable pullout drawers are stuck and we have to wait 5 days for someone to come and fix the problem. We’ve tried everything to no avail but have stopped as we don’t want to break anything.

Get ready to clean the mirror on the door daily, but other than that it’s a great fridge, with lots of freezer space.

Door on the right is kind of thick. It makes the ability to open the door tight. We have autistic children that open the door a little aggressive.

Overall a good product. However mine came with a dent underneath the water dispenser. I rescheduled to have it replaced and they flaked on me the day off. Ended up getting a gift card to compensate for the “inconvenience”.

Well they haven't delivered it yet. Waiting on home closing on new house. The pictures are great as well as the reviews. Looking forward to getting this.

Although I LOVE LG, this was an "open box" purchase. The hinge was bent, need to return it. This is not cosmetic but an OPERATIONAL issue. Shopping for replacement this weekend.

No shelf space for big things, ice maker is slow water still tastes like chemicals so water tastes terrible

Had an old Samsung that constantly failed. This new LG is wonderful. Plenty of room, consistent temps, and different ice options.

We haven’t been able to take delivery as of yet. I am excited to get to use it once my kitchen is finally finished and all appliances are in.

Interesting concept with a lot of high tech features. Unfortunately, 4 months after delivery it completely stop working, with a strong smell of chemicals inside and outside. Over $400 worth of food spoiled. Three repair visits in 2 weeks with change of compressor and condenser didn't solve the problem. And LG still refuses to exchange or refund and Best Buy doesn't want any involvement - which makes me reconsider buying from them, after more than 20 years of loyalty. Even after careful search, lots of reviews read and Consumer Reports analysis, we still got burned in this sector of appliances which should be scrutinized more. Unacceptable to have big brands like LG failing in manufacturing at this time of advanced technology.
