See through door is not being used. Door in door is excellent idea and used a lot. Finger prints on door in door is very annoying. Love the three kinds of ice. Like the freezer trays and space. Slide in shelf in refrigerator is a must due to height of consumer products.

Works great. Ice variety is a big plus. Clean look without handles in the front.

We have only had this product for a few weeks- so far liking it- it makes very cool ice, I like That there are 3 different shelves in the freezer to store things and the fridge itself is roomy. The only thing I dislike compared to my old fridge is that the middle meat drawer is inside the fridge and I need To open both doors to access which can be a pain- I enjoyed having The middle meat drawer separate on my old fridge and just being able to open that by itself.

Good looking refrigerator but most important it works great.

I bought this fridge back in Aug 2024, mostly for the craft ice makers. it is VERY expensive and I was told LG had one of the best brands for longevity. after about 6 or 7 months of ownership, all three different ice types (craft, mini, and in door) started having a really bad taste and leaving particles in my water. I have Total Tech, so I called bestbuy (who did the install), they then made me call LG myself since it was still under a year, and LG blamed bestbuy saying they put in the wrong waterline. Best buy refused to acknowledge that and said install repair only has a warranty of 90 days so they made me pay AGAIN to install a new water line. The guy that puts in the new water line says this wont fix anything, i need a tech agent. he calls to advise that and whoever works at best buy didnt believe him and was rude to both him and myself and hung up. fine, let this line go in and call back myself. done. fast forward a week, still the same issue. I call, my one year with LG is up, and then best buy says they will send out a tech guy, they charge me like $100 to send out the guy despite all the warranties. very nice tech guy, he has no idea what is causing the issue so he orders all new ice maker parts and a new filter (I had changed that), and replaced it. Great. the bad taste is gone, but now the sphere ice maker is sending out deformed/half spheres and broken pieces out only. I call best buy again so they can check it out. after being shuffled around, the lady asked me if I unplugged the fridge since geek squad came out. to avoid over the phone trouble shooting, I lie and say yes, and it didnt help. she then comes back and says since I unplugged the fridge I voided the all warranties and they can charge me another $100. They made me do all this trouble shooting on my first call and I was trying to avoid because I was calling during my lunch break. All this to say, big fridge, holds a lot, it smudges like CRAZY, and the ice maker is CRAP, and Best Buy is now the WORST phone customer service I have experienced. Planning on canceling total tech as soon as possible. Such BS. TLDR: Fridge is fine, ice makers will break or be defective, expect 0 to no help from LG and Best Buy.

I love this thing! It connects to my LG app so I can see diagnostics on it along with my tv’s and my washer and dryer. I love the craft ice and it operates so smoothly. Only thing I wish is that I could turn the alarm off when the fridge is open because I’m loading groceries. Otherwise, no complaints!!

Well equipped, well designed, does the job. With craft ice what more could you want in a refrigerator.

Good fridge, noise very low, lots of cool features: you would not imagine many new features could be added to a fridge, but there is a lot of innovative ones, kids were amazed when they saw it the first time ;) Like the easy access feature where you do not have to fully open it to access more frequently used stuff.

We love everything about this refrigerator, its size is adequate for our family of 4 with extra room for extended family gathering meals e.g T-day/Christmas. The instaview glass door is great for quick/easy access to our beverages and the 4 types of ice is not something I thought we would use, but they all serve a purpose and we use them all now, added bonus. The only negative I see is how the main French doors swing open. If there is a wall next to the fridge you might only be able to open the door along the wall 90 degrees vs the roughly 120 it allows for. This wasn’t a concern for us as our opening for the fridge had a couple inches to work with on the sides allowing it to fully open. Also most people open both doors when accessing the fridge so either way there is always more than enough room to access the refrigerator

Great fridge! It’s only been a few days so I can’t speak in terms of the long-term aspect of this unit but so far so good. It looks great and is very functional.

Overall like the unit. The 'fancy' ice is unexpectedly enjoyable. Most annoyances are nit-picks. Door drink shelf heights not adjustable so have to manage drink bottle organization based on that. That's annoying for a family with allergies trying to separate things by allergy. Not having handles takes time to get use to. Water spout dispenser is a bit far out for thinner bottles so have to press the lever with hand separate from the bottle for them.

We like the stylish look of the refrigerator and love all of the ice options. Also, like the mirror finish and ability to get drinks or condiments from the door with the quick opening feature.

Wow!! I've had this refrigerator for a week now. All seems to be okay. My personal thoughts on this model is...There had to be a Female on this design and functionality..The craft ice is amazing. The layout of the inside is sooo nice. Really soacious and looks great inside my almost complete reno...WTG LG!!!

I absolutely love this refrigerator! The knock-knock window is such a fun and useful feature—great for quick peeks without opening the door. The four ice options are a game changer; without them, I’d constantly be running out of ice. My only wish is that the bottom fridge drawer had two separate compartments. Right now, you have to open both doors to access it, which can be a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it’s an amazing fridge!

This fridge is so much better than we imagined. The ice & water delivers without dripping. We also use the 2nd door more than we thought and is really convenient, although, being able to look inside is not something we use but it looks cool. No issues with temperatures and it steadily makes ice. The in-door ice is quicker along with the mini-ice which is nice to quickly cool your drink. The craft ice is slow but do not use as much as the more convenient door ice. We knew ice & water would be used a lot in SW Florida which is why this fridge stood out. We also like the counter depth, and it still has plenty of room. The freezer with the extra drawer is nice to help keep items available and not lost in the bottom bins. The app is also a nice touch and handy. All in all, if it stays reliable, we love this fridge and comment on it routinely.

I have had this refrigerator for 6 months now. Works great, Crystal ice balls are amazing for drinks, lots of space. You can control everything from the app as well.
