We purchased an LG counter depth french door refrigerator at the Natomas store. It was delivered in 2 days, assembled and hooked up to the water supply for the ice makers. This unit has two icemakers: one in the door for external delivery and wate and one in the freezer compartment which makes two types of ice: one standard and the other "fancy ice"—large balls of ice which are great for making ice tea! Delivery and hookup were swift and efficient. We are very happy.

Excellent value for the product. All features work flawlessly. The app controls everything remotely and the ice maker does not require any additional maintenance.

Great fridge! It’s only been a few days so I can’t speak in terms of the long-term aspect of this unit but so far so good. It looks great and is very functional.

Clean look, the handles up top and bottom take a little getting used to, leaves smudges on mirror finish but easy to clean….very practical and efficient in terms of storage and capacity…knock to see feature is very cool.

Beautiful refrig. Love everything about it. 4 different ices - wow!! Viewing door is wonderful for items used daily. So easy to access!! Would recommend to anyone.

I have had this refrigerator for 6 months now. Works great, Crystal ice balls are amazing for drinks, lots of space. You can control everything from the app as well.

Got this fridge after our 1 year old one was blown up during a lightening strike, and no one would repair it becaue it was a Samsung. Decided to get one that could be repaired if needed. This thing is awesome. The mirrored door is amazing for checking on whats inside while keeping the door closed, and you can even open it to expose just the items, while keeping the main door ahut (hard to explain, but trust me its awesome. Three diferent ice modes are great for cocktails and other drinks. And the handless profile is slick.

Love the craft ice! Plenty of room and easy to open side door for milk and cream!

This refrigerator is excellent! My family is loving it, my wife is thrilled with the types of ice it makes. I highly recommend it.

The unit is very functional as well as practical. we discovered the glass door has a button to open the door and the 3 different types of ice are a fun option

Very Efficient! Nicely built. Good size. Smart options are awesome! Craft ice at type 3 is almost clear. But anyways not completely spherical.

The LG counter depth refrigerator replaced a full size. The shelf depth makes a difference, however, it works for two people. The freezer section is more than adequate. Four different ice options fills our needs. Regular and crushed in the door and two options in the freezer: balls and mini cubes. We have had the LG for two months and the AC temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer holds the settings.

This fridge is great, plenty of storage ICE works all the time. Not like Samsung issues...only CON is the mirror side get fingerprint smudges BAD....

Fabulous fridge that makes us wonder why we didn't get one sooner. I never thought my fridge needed an app, but now that I have it, it's indispensable. From checking ice mode to monitoring filter status, energy saving, it's so convenient that I wouldn't go back The ice balls don't dilute your drinks, including chai and milk tea. So that's super practical, not just reserved for whisky drinkers The knock knock and door in door features are both used daily, and the walk up light is a great touch too This fridge was definitely a huge upgrade to our daily lives and we'd not settle for less!
