Delivery guys said I had to take to the store for refund. Store said refund was already given. The frig shelve space is too small for the price.

The day(or two) before it was to be delivered, they said it was on back order and would be delivered September 11th. When we placed the order, the sales representative said it was in stock at the warehouse. That was a big reason why we ordered it. What the heck? Am I going to get my fridge in September?

Really like this Refrigerator so far!

I just replaced that one with this. I've had this now a few weeks. Delivery was smooth, installation of the existing water line and such was easy and done by the installation team. The team was very professional. I had water issues with the older version of this refridgerator. BUT it was from 2009. The water line in the back of this new refridgerator does not go over the compressor area. It goes up the right side of the back only keeping it away from the compressor and such. My step dad is an expert in plumbing and shared that the old model had issues with the water tubing cracking/leaking water becuase of how the tubing went around the entire fridge from the far right bottom, across the bottom, up the left hand side and over to the top to the right. SO hoping this newer model is far better on water line front. I like the storage, smaller ice machine, smaller filter, etc. There was a small dent in the side of the refrigerator mid-way down where the freezer is. It's in the grey area and not in a place that is too noticable. The install team showed me the dent right away and Best Buy's customer care called right away to discuss it. Since it's not in a critical place, I was offered a gift card and decided to go that route vs waiting for another one. The gift card already arrived and you don't even notice the dent because of where it's located. A picky small thing that I miss from the prior version is the light on water panel that stayed on. It was nice to have it on at night in the kitchen. This one only goes on when you use the water. SO far so good and it looks really nice in the kitchen!

The product was delivered on time, by qualified professionals who connected the refrigerator and got it up an running! It's a beautiful appliance with easy to use door ice/water dispenser. I would strongly recommend this product.

More than enough room in the refrigerator and the freezer has a lot of room. The double ice maker was a bonus. I bought the stainless steel and have no problems with the finish smearing truly like it

It's overall pretty good, but the drawer quality is more flimsy and the grip points are smaller. I don't like the new ice/water dispensers that require you to switch by touching the front water icon. It's slow and not very sensitive.
