    Got this in June 2024 to replace my side-by-side French door refrigerator. Using the app and connecting to the fridge was pretty easy. One problem you can avoid. If you do not use the lower icemaker, make sure you do not stack too much stuff so as to disturb the water lines feeding the icemaker - it will cause a big mess. Six months in, I am experiencing an error code, 1FE or IFE, not sure which. It is not allowing the top ice maker to do its job - the chamber is warm. Consequently, what ice was there melted and made a mess on the floor. I will be calling service to see what can be done. The manual is mostly friendly, but it is lacking a list of error codes. That seems pretty basic to me. Since design is usually responsible for this, I rated design lower.

    We'll see long term, but so far happy with our purchase. Minor issue with the ice maker, it clumps on the sides, but very easy loosen.

    i like all of the features. There are a couple of small dislikes. 1. Craft ice needs to make more that 3 in 24 hours. The Convert drawer freezes sodas when sent of soda setting. 33 degrees is too cold. Sometime switching from water to ice may take a couple of pushes. All in all i like the features. I have the model that has the door in door feature. Awesome.

    Very satisfied with the refrigerator thus far. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars due to the lack of storage flexibility in the refrigerator compartment. The shelves had more adjustment options in the 10 year old LG refrigerator that we replaced. The second refrigerator/freezer bin is very convenient. My wife uses it both to chill her adult beverages and cakes that are being frozen prior to being decorated.

    Love the new fridge. Only things I would change is the size of the icemaker for the water dispenser. Also the water dispenser or icemaker can tend to drip every once in a while and leave water stains in that area.

    One thing I love about this refrigerator is the size, it is truly massive and holds a crap ton of food. Won’t I don’t care for is the shelves really aren’t very configurable, and we had to take one out to fit all of our taller items. But what I can’t stand are the controls to get water/ice/crushed ice, they are terrible and not very sensitive at all you really have to touch the button in just the right spot. I didn’t think this would be a big deal when we were looking at it in the store, but I really can’t stand it…to the point I’ve considered returning it.
