It's a little noisier than my previous front loader, but not too bad. It does a good job of draining water - the spin dry does a much better job than my old machine. I like that it has only 9 cycles. Good value for the price.

My older washer machine was on its’ last leg. I did a lot of research on washers and selected this one based on price and reviews. This machine handles large size loads well and is very quiet.

The washing machine washes well however it is difficult to balance a load. The machine kept banging loudly due to the load being off balance. I had to repairman out to take a look at it and both agreed it was simply the fact that the load wasn't balanced. Both told me I couldn't wash jeans and shirts together because they don't weigh the same When Wet. I had a front loader for 10 years prior to this one and never had this problem before. I wear a shirt every day along with my pants. If I separate my shirts from my pants and do those separately I would have to wait twice as long to have enough clothes to make a load worth washing. This is just doesn't work for me. What's the point of buying a larger load machine if I can't wash my tops and my bottoms together? It's going to take me all that much longer to fill up a load. For this reason I am unsatisfied with this washing machine.

I wanted to wait a month before reviewing the washing machine. We got the base model. It still has lots of features, but is easy to use. It cleans the clothes well and at a reasonable price.

Bought it open box. Adjustable settings are awesome and the price I paid for open box was even better. The song when it's done sounds better than the loud annoying beep of old washers and dryers

Great washer. Love the settings it has. Im not a fan of front loading washers but it was what would fit in our new home so my expectations were low going in but i have been very happy with it so far!

We have only had this washer for a couple of weeks but it has been a work-horse so far. Plus when a load is done it plays the happiest tune. It makes laundry a joy - ok, kidding but it does make us smile.

This was a replacement washer for an 8 yr old LG. I only bought another LG because I wanted to still stack them. So far, so good. Hopefully this one will last a little longer than the previous one.

I’m very happy with the purchase. I got this washer based on the brand and it was great choice. Washer is quiet, easy to use and has large capacity. I’m able to fit easily my queen size comforter.

I was using up loading washer and it was hard to use it. This front loading washer is great and when you look for value/performance this is great washer. I love it. Life is Good with LG.

Replaced a front load from 2004. New unit has so many features. Most favorite is how dry the clothes are after spin is completed. What once took 2-2 1/2 hours to dry now only takes 54 minutes. Clothes even seem fluffier than ever

I am very impressed and pleased with the front loading washing machine by LG. It is very conservative in use of detergent and water. It is also quiet. And yes, the clothes are as clean as can be also!!

I have used this machine for about a month and am very happy with it. It cleans well and has a large variety of wash selections and temperatures.

Bought this item to replace an older LG model. I was very happty with previous LG washing machine & hope that this works as well. Like that it has lots of features but it is also easy to use.

First full size washer I've had in years and I like this one very much! I'm able to do a good size load and be done! Has many options for washing loads that is a plus! it also chimes when it is done!

Got this washer when I needed to replace my dryer. Nice options without being too complicated. Bigger than my old washer so good for my towels etc. Like some of the energy saving options.

Store was great we went and looked at washing machines 3 times before we decided on this model, almost bought the comparable Maytag until my wife just looking at it barely touched it and all the settings changed, read that in the reviews and it is true, delivery was great came within the specified hours, they also called while on the way, they set up the washer, tested it and answered any questions my wife had, even took the box and old washer machine with them. As far as the product my wife loves it, we have no vibration issues that others talk about, it is on a cement floor, my wife even loves when it is on medium spin the clothes still come out pretty dry, she states she does not even use the high spin but has tried it, the child lock and magnet that holds the door open a little when not in use are great features. We did buy the 5 year Geek Squad protection, worth the low price they sell it for, just for peace of mind. From the first visit in the store until the delivery men left was all positive. We have had it a month and so far it is working great.

My family simply loves this washer. It doesn't make much noise so we can wash clothes whenever we want without worrying about being disturbed by the washer. Highly recommend it.

This is my first LG Product and after so many great reviews, we purchased the washer and it has been a great product! so far no issues and the clothes comes out perfectly washed every time.

This is a good product for basic laundry. The washer can't handle bath mats or heavier items and setting the dryer to heavy fabrics is the only way to ensure that everything comes out dry. A good basic set.
