Delivery was good and easy to install. This is a new model which uses less water than the one before. The price is great bcos bestbuy match the price $450.

This is an easy to use washer, spins the clothes very dry, saving us drying time, utility money, and clothes wear. Pretty quiet too.

Though this is not the most expensive dryer, it is top notch in purchase. Different settings to choose from and you can even download your own custom settings.

The washer works well. It handles unbalanced loads well. There were some initial "mechanical break-in" odors which went away after several days of use.

This washer has a lot of nice features but for me I just like the basics and it works great. It’s really nice that it’s stackable with the dryer when space is a factor

I highly recommend LG products. My previous washer/ dryer set was LG. This washer has upgraded controls and a larger tub. I am a satisfied LG customer.

This is our first experience with a front-loading machine. We've only had it a month but it is performing well and we are pleased that it uses less water and holds more.

The washer must be set on "large load" and "water plus" to really clean but it works great. the door must be left open between loads so it can dry.

It's been 2 weeks since being installed in my home, and I'm pretty satisfied with this washer; it's relatively quiet and our clothes are clean!

This washer has a very large capacity yet still fits nicely in a closet. Removes so much water that they almost feel dry before being placed in the dryer.

So far this machine is working great (when we finally received it). Delivery was a problem. The machine runs quieter than our previous machine and has several cycles to choose from.

Does what it is supposed to do. Has some nice features. stacked easily. I wish the door would stay open a little more so the inside cold dry out better.

I have owned the next model up and this one is almost identical except for some obvious cheaper parts and it does not do the steam cycles. I dig it.

The LG washer is AMAZING! LOVE the NEW technology. It is WONDERFUL, in EVERY way. SOOOOO glad, that I purchased this item. I would recommend it to ANYONE!

Once all the installations kinks were worked out the machine runs great. Make sure that all hardware is used during installation especially if you purchase the separate base.
