Great TV

Great TV - easy to setup w/Internet

This met all the expectations set by the salesperson and then some. Using over the air local stations to get away from cable bills. Very happy with reception.

It's a beautiful TV, but very disappointing.

I thought it would be great to be able to access the Internet and see television shows from the network websites online. I had actually bought another brand of TV and returned it because the only way to "access" the internet was through proprietary apps. The cool thing about the LG is that it has a web browser with multiple tabs. The reason I can't watch TV shows through the web browser, as far as I understand it, is because Adobe will not update the Flash player, and you must watch through one of the apps, which costs money. Very disappointing. If there is a way to update the Flash on this I would love to know.

Poor instructions
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.According to tests, I have an above average intelligence, but I still cannot successfully follow the instructions for some of the "smart" functions. I have even invited "techies" over and they have had no more success than I have. What features I have been able to use was accomplished with a great deal of experimentation...not with the poorly written instructions. The instruction on the LG website are no better.
