I can give 5 stars if it can pick my wireless internet quickly each time I get in Netflix or YouTube.

this television has a lot of nice features , it even picks up channels other than my cable provider .

It's a great tv for an apartment bedroom or living room.

This smart tv is good for your average tv watcher but the picture is not that great.

This was a replacement for the living room TV and blue ray player. It has been awesome so far, beautiful picture and sleek design. The Netflix app works so well. We watch seasons of TV shows and once we finish one episode, the next one starts automatically, so convenient. The interface is simple to understand the set up was simple as well. The only complain we have is the volume. It doesn't seem to get very loud, even at the highest volume. It's not a huge issue while we're sitting on the couch, watching TV. It's only a problem when I'm playing music from Pandora while cleaning. Overall, I would recommend.

First the box it packaging was very sturdy, so I already knew it would work right out-of-the-box. It was easy to set up I did it in less than 10 minutes. The color and the brightness pretty good, although I had to play around with it, as when I connected to Netflix it would go dim (still trying to figure out why it does that- had to change settings more than once). The sound is also low, I had it on 20 and then when the AC kicked on I turned it up to like 60-65 and no improvement??The picture is vibrant and crisp, such an upgrade from my old samsung 32" that was a 720. All of my friends were saying go for a 50" but I am glad that I bought this, I was not ready to drop $800-1000 on a smart tv. This size is perfect for our den, which is small. Can't imagine watching tv/ movies on anything bigger. YOU CAN'T beat the price, we are now able to watch all kinds of movies because it connects to my wifi.

We love the great picture and sleek design. The smart features make for a great bonus and enjoyable experience.

So I am very happy with my new TV. It's light and I was able to haul it myself without a problem. It set up nicely. I love all the apps on it, I can nearly get rid of my AppleTV. The one thing that I didn't pay attention to is that it does not sit on a base that swivels. It has stands on each end of the TV. My TV is not wall mounted obviously and this is causing a problem for me. My old TV swivelled and I could turn it towards the kitchen or towards my desk. Just wanted to point that out in case that's a consideration for someone else. I wish I had paid attention to that.

I purchased this tv for my office and with all the Smart TV options, it's a great choose. The picture is good and the sound is clear.

Really have enjoyed having this tv for personal use in my room. Only downside is that I wished that employees were more knowledgeable about LG tv's since they told me multiple times when I asked that this television has a refresh rate of 120Hz. This is the main reason why I decided to go with this television over others and was disappointed when I found out that only the motion clarity index is 120 which is different from the refresh rate.

We bought this tv to put in our Master Bedroom. We wanted the HD/Smart TV experience but at an affordable cost and something that could handle all our browsing needs, but we didn't need the intense theater atmosphere like what would exist in our family room. This TV has decent sound quality, puts out a good picture and is easy to use and set up for anyone!

Has great picture. Sound quality isn't as good as Samsung.

This is my very first HD TV (or flat-screen TV, for that matter). It's not big by today's standards, but it's bigger than any reasonable CRT unit would be, and much lighter. Picture quality is good... in some cases too good, leading to the dreaded "HD soap opera effect". You can adjust the settings to compensate, though.

Great TV for the value, picture quality isn't the best but it looks great after some tweaking. Smart features are nice and work, Netflix is good and no buffering issues on a wireless high speed broadband internet connection. 3 HDMI ports plus USB, can't complain.

I have no issues with the television itself, but this is not a 120Hz television as the description states, nor does LG advertise it as such. LG has given this TV a MCI rating of 120, but it is only a 60Hz device. I would encourage Best Buy consumers to check the manufacturers' websites for the correct specifications before purchasing a TV from Best Buy or check with Walmart or Amazon. The 39LB5800 is also misrepresented as a 120Hz device. Consumers should not have to recheck these specifications. Other companies advertise the television specifications correctly and Best Buy should as well.

Originally got this TV from open box section but had to return it because it was missing power cable and two screws. Instead of just giving the missing pieces they gave me a brand new unopened one! Only paid 150$ for a 450$ TV! Great customer service Best Buy! Thanks!
