Use it as a computer monitor and nothing beats OLED picture quality. My one complaint is sometimes my PC seems to have issues recognizing the video output and it doesn't wake the monitor on resumption from sleep mode, but that is not the TV's fault!

Great TV. I use it as a monitor for my computer and everything is sharp and clear. I do wish it was brighter, but alas this is what you give up for purchasing OLED and having pure black contrast levels.

Excellent picture with lifelike colors. Even looks amazing with all content with the Standard picture mode. All of the streaming apps are available for download & there’s multiple hdmi connections. Apple play works well with my iPhone, I even used my old backup Android to screencast to the tv via Miracast (doesn’t use phone data so that’s a plus). Great TV

Love it. Not a fan of the software. I bought a Apple TV 4K to use with it and I really enjoy the picture. I don’t like the feet, I would like more width options and height choices. I bought a cheep Atmos setup so I can’t comment on its sound from the tv speakers. The reflections are my only real complaint, I watch it in a completely dark room to avoid them.

Fantastic picture. Using it as a computer monitor. Had some quirks to work through to eliminate the 4096x2160 resolution with CRU utility, but it was great afterwards.

TLDR: It doesn't get bright enough. You have to basically max it out, increasing burn in risk. It's also very difficult to adjust color. Too many options fragmented too many places. And you have to sell a kidney to buy one. Even on sale and open box, I'm questioning my choice. Color: 4/5. It's too difficult to calibrate. I got it close enough and don't want to mess with it anymore. I didn't have that issue with my quantum dot RGB VA panel TV. Sharpness: 4/5. The white subpixel in the WRGB layout adds strange artifacts to certain images, and a fuzz to text everywhere. Brightness: Not bright enough. A comparable VA panel can easily double this without color or contrast loss. Speakers: 2/5. I get better sound from my 16" laptop. Certain midrange sounds boom - like male voices. Terrible quality if you watch male reviewers, podcasters, or watch instructional videos for school & certification. I'll be buying a soundbar. Standout: You can turn off smart TV features that other brands force you to endure. I don't want to see what you suggest. I want to use my own input, thank you. Remote is nice. Some competitors have more durable designs, though. Overall: Skip this for PC usage unless you have a dark room. Screen is reflective and will negate any sharpness you get from lack of a anti-glare layer. WRGB makes text fuzzy compared to VA panels with RGB layout. Also not bright enough - especially when you have to worry about burn in. 4/5.

I own a 55" C1 for my consoles. I've been looking for an OLED screen for my PC for a while now. When I walked into BestBuy and saw that this was on sale for $799.99 USD, purchasing this was a no brainer. As always with TVs you may want to pick up a sound bar or external speakers for better sound.

Bought this for my pc gaming setup. Color is great. Overall picture quality is great. The built in speakers sound good. I have it sitting on my desk, and the feet are stable but nice and small. Super happy with my purchase and highly recommend for large-screen gaming.

This is one of my favorite upgrades that I have ever done . I thought 42 would be too big, but it’s absolutely perfect . HDR in windows is a pain but with this as a monitor, all of my hdr issues are gone. I love it . Oled speed is something else as well. So happy with this choice

Never owned an OLED before this and I’m pretty blown away by it. The great thing about OLED that I didn’t expect is how immersive it makes games. I’m playing through Dead Space on it right now using my Xbox and it’s incredible. I use it mainly as a PC monitor and the size is actually perfect.

We bought this smaller LG OLED TV to try it in our kitchen area. We were amazed and delighted by the resolution and the color! So we went back to Best Buy and bought the LG OLED 55” for the game room. We give both a 5 Star rating. We’re now LG fans!

it is the best option for the price if you want the best experience with all of the features for the price currently. unless you like a 27inch 1440p 120hz Oled which is slightly more expensive than this 42 inch 4k 120hz. I would but it again. I would get their 5 year warranty as it covers burn in and is a decent price.
