The only thing I don't care for is the stand it only keeps the tv a couple of inches off my cabinet and does not leave a lot of room for a soundbar.

But not the best option for a monitor because of there simple 2 reasons. 1. Mac book pro renders at 60hz 2. If your desk is less than 30 inches deep, it will be more of a trouble than paradise.
