GREAT PICTURE QUALITY, BUTPOOR SOFT/HARDWARE SUITE

Tv

Yet another scam.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV looked great, but it has no life span to it at all. I bought this thing in January 2023 and by early fall of 2024 it was beginning to have issues. At this point getting the stupid thing to turn on and stay on is a nightmarish 15 minute ordeal. I could not recommend this less other than everything is made like total junk to force us to buy new stuff.

Major Let Down. Dont buy this
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As nice as this TV seems like it should have been I am very disappointed. I use this in my office for a collaboration screen in my office and its glitchy and am really frustrated with constant updated when I am in go mode and need it on demand. Pros: Nice Picture Thin Bezel Cons: -The constant pop ups for updates is poor -Ever time i turn on the TV it wants to do a pixel refresh and takes over 5 minutes -Menus are poorly laid out -When i connect my Macbook Pro to the direct casting mode and the connection and LG picture freezes up and you can have to disconnect and reconnect

TV great for a TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV is great for a TV but that’s about it. It has a really bad feature if you are using it for a PC where the local dimming flickers and it with go from really bright to really dim and you can’t turn it off. Had to return after multiple data with migraines and blinded eyes at night.

not worth the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was expecting to be blown away by the picture on this epensive TV and I most definitely was not. I returned it for a much cheaper TCL TV and I'm very satisfied with my choice. The User interface is annoying

Open-Box unit had over 4,400 hours on it
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing against the TV itself but Best Buy's pricing for this floor model with a ton of hours on it and charging me $769.99 when you could buy a brand new one for $849.99 as of July 2023.

Glitchy issues ruin any other qualities
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Using as a computer monitor on a 3080 for 4k120hz gsync. Has two major issues - gets these random green artifacts that pop up on the entire screen randomly. This will happen intermittently then get progressively worse until you have to unplug and replug the HDMI cable to make it stop. Another issue is the entire screen will just blank out then come back. Incredibly frustrating when gaming of course. Tried multiple HDMI 2.1 cables, tried disabling many different features on the TV, nothing has solved these two issues. Almost thought I found the perfect gaming "monitor" but because of these two annoying issues I can't recommend anyone buy one of these.

Bad quality
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv back in February and after a couple of months i notice small bubbles forming under the glass. I didnt think too much about until today (6/27/23) that those bubbles got pretty large. No is not the screen protection. I went to some forums and a lot of people have the same issues. My tv is at top of a tv stand about a foot off the wall in a well ventilated area. So overheating is not an issue.

Posted .Hi! Your TV screen definitely shouldn't have bubbles growing under it, and it'll be our pleasure to get your OLED display back to normal. If you could please call us at 800-243-0000, we'd love to see what we can do. ^Ian

New TV, Excellent…but…
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s working well so far, but we need a better guide/handbook on how to use it and find what we’re looking for. Carl ghelped us initially to set it up and get going but we need more tutorials.
